First of all apartment isn't rented by private person.The apartment is rented by adriatic[dot]hr=tourist agency.Please keep in mind the fact they additionally charge extra fee that's why apartment is horrible expensive.Secondly tourist agency mentioned above treat tourist as a bot.I sent them 2 messages with questions in Polish and local language,I didn't receive answer.They sent me only generated messages related to our stay.I tried to reach them out via mob. phone for a few times.I spoke with them only once when we came to Vodice and we couldn't find the accommodation.Woman who talked with me promised to send me exact place on google map.She didn't do it.Just to be clear during this time I didn't have the opportunity to talked with the owner. "Adriatic" sent me 3 different phone numbers via @, but all of them were their numbers.We spent almost half an hour with a toddler to find our apartment. Please keep in mind the fact I speak fluently local language so it was "much easier" to find it.Finally when we reached our goal the owner doesn't believed we had any problems with tourist agency and after few minutes she said:"okay sweetheart, it doesn't matter, give me the rest of my money".She only cares about money.Outside the building looks pretty good, free parking, close to the supermarket "Tommy".When it comes to house it's typical croatian style,house surrounded by another houses, so when you sit on the balcony literally you don't see anything else except buildings in front of you face.Forget about beautiful view.When you go inside, take a look around.You will be more than sure they renovated it more less twenty years ago.If you take into consideration conditions and high price-honestly isn't worth.In my opinion standard is really low.The room was untidy,small and stinky.Internet doesn't working.We were here for 7 days.They didn't change towels, they didn't even ask.

The host was very friendly. The apartment was clean and in a good order. Separate parking space was provided.

On the website it was written that free WiFi is included. The WiFi connection was there, however it was terribly slow or in most of the cases it did not work at all. Please, do not put WiFi in the description, if it is not working properly! The large terrace was nice, although it could be separated with a shading or so - as it is right next to the staircase.
