Very nice for the price, nice staff, clean and quiet!

Need to have in mind , renting a car for mobility around 22 minutes driving from Nice and around 15 from the nearest beach.

New resort in very nice location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Heated pool was really great after all day sightseeing.

We had breakfast in the room. We prepared the food using the kitchen and all utensils availble in the room. Superb breakfast with the entire family

It will be highly appreciated if you could put small shower and soap dispenser for cleaning up in the toilet to reduce the using of toilet paper

The hotel was really comfortable, we had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The market is just a few minutes away with a car. Also near is a very beautiful old town.

One evening dishwasher started peeping, even though we never used it. We tried to turn it off, but it showed an error all the time. As it was 10 PM, there was no personnel, who could help us. We also tried to call everywhere, but no one could help us. So, somehow we managed to switch it off, but the hotel should keep in mind, that if something happens, there should be someone to help.

1)The apartments are new. 2)Our apartment was very clean at arrival. 3)Good air-conditioning.

1) The pool. Not enough sunbeds for all guests. According to the pool instructions it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds, but this was happening every day, where people just put their towels from early morning and by 9.30 there was nothing available. It was actually very disappointing, as the pool existence was one main reason, that we booked this hotel, as we were traveling with young kids. We ended driving 40 min every day to the beach, as we could not use the pool.. Only at late evening, after 17.30-18.00 we could find a sunbed or two.. but still, the pool is so little for all these people, it was a total chaos, people were diving jut in front of you or playing ball, it was so unpleasant and there was no stuff to control all this… 2) Quite isolated place, you definitely need a car. 3) We had via booking asked for a parking place, which booking confirmed by e-mail the same day. But when we arrived, they told us, that we have not reserved and they didn’t have anything left! So we had to park outside for a couple of days, until we complained, as we saw, that there were indeed available parking spots in the residence. And yeah, all of a sudden we got an indoors parking spot. 4) The room offered a small “cleaning kit” for the sink and a 20ml shampoo and shower gel. I think they could have provided some instant coffee, salt and pepper at least..

Good position to explore the old villages. Great facilities and nice & new.

Air conditioning in the apartment wasn’t working. We asked to move and this was accommodated but the air con in the next apartment was still very weak. There seems to be a design flaw. The cafe poolside is nice and staff very friendly but food options are very limited.

It was not clear with the keys until other people told us that the keys were in the confirmation email.

Great location with wonderful views. High quality if building and landscaped gardens with pool. Very responsive management and friendly staff on site.

The bedrooms were approx 10% too small. The kitchen in our apartment was badly designed, squashed into a corner unnecessarily. Thus difficult to use. 1 of 2 TVs didn't work and a technical alarm was allowed to run overnight in the building which could have disturbed about 6 apartments sleep quality.

The location was great, it is new and well looked after. It is close to Vence, a lovely village with medieval atmosphere.

When the property is full it is hard to park a car.
