House is beautiful. Owner was very responsive. If you are looking for an out of the way location on a lake, this is it!

Beautiful little cove home. Super quiet. About 200 steps (grandkids counted) through woods to dock and boathouse, both of which were very nice -- loved the fridge/freezer to store popsicles and lunch food down there. Well-stocked kitchen but bring several dish cloths/sponges if you plan to eat in a lot. Only the stormy weather dampened the week's stay. Plenty of entertainment inside: TV, Wii, poker table, a puzzle, books, playing cards, ping pong table in garage, a *few* board games. Comfy furnishings. Owner was responsive to our inquiries.

The house was great! It fit all 12 females very comfortably, which is not easy. We all wished that more time cleaning would have been spent, mainly on the outside, and we do understand pollen and all this time of year, but it was bad enough that we didn't even sit outside. Lake Anna was beautiful and we did spend ALOT of our time at the dock! But all in all a FANTASTIC host and house and we will be back to Lake Anna!

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette party at this incredible home! Everyone was so impressed with the house. The amount of rooms and spacious kitchen and living area fit everyone perfectly! There was so much space. The location is perfect right on the water. Tom was amazing as well. The communication was very quick and he was incredibly helpful and caring. True southern hospitality. I can not say enough great things about Tom and True Tranquility!

The house is so spacious and fit our family of 13 very well! Tom was super cool and a WONDERFUL host. It was hard to see the hot tub and not be able to use it, but we managed. ;) All around great stay and highly recommend!

We have been coming to the lake for over a decade. True Tranquility was the cleanest, nicest, and most enjoyable house we have stayed in yet. Tom and Sue Trucks are also the best owners we have worked with yet as well. I can't recommend this property enough.

The owners are phenomenal and responsive. The place comes prepared with everything you need. The space is everything you can ask for and that "true master suite" is breathtaking. The kitchen is built for a chef!!! If there were two suggestions I could give Tom and Sue it would be to allow use of the hot tub and re-take the pics of the home because the pics they have on VRBO do not do it any justice. The place is AMAZING!!!! Those pics make you a little apprehensive.

This was a last minute trip and from the first frantic call Tom helped us through the process of staying in their private, lake home. For us we look for separate and together spaces, we were able to find all. Morning meditation on the boat dock and evenings on the deck. Thank you for the Joy that your home brought to our team.

First I must say the pictures don't do this home justice so much better in person! Tom was also very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. I would definitely refer this home to friends and family!

The property was very private and peaceful and accommodated 5 couples very well. We had an amazing time and the process went very smooth.

Great house with a nice boat dock. Owner was fantastic. Enjoyed fishing at the dock, kitchen was great for cooking family dinners. The only downside is the shallow water in the cove for getting the boat in and out.

The house was perfect for our group of 12. We really enjoyed kayaking and swimming. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and 3 children. We had thought the house had better views of the lake based on the pictures in the listing, but there is a short, wooded walk to actually reach the boat house and view the lakefront. Tom was great to work with - timely in his responses and willing to help in any way! We would stay again!

We have now rented two of Tom's houses and he is amazing to work with. He is so nice and responsive, it made all of our rental weeks so relaxing. This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was room for everyone and the dock was amazing!

Beautiful home with great dock

House was big enough for 3 families (12 people ) to have plenty of space to spread out. The lake was perfect for kids and adults to enjoy with very little traffic. Nice to be able to use the boat launch close by and use the lift in the boathouse all week. The property inside is in need of good deep cleaning as well as the outside of home , decking and boathouse in need of extensive cleaning and TLC . Owner was responsive when issues arose with ceiling leak. The pathway to the boathouse and lake is all natural terrain in the woods. The cowboy cauldron/ outdoor grill was unusable due to overgrowth of landscape and was filled with stagnant water. The hot tub on property was also not operable for our visit. The kitchen was spacious to handle multiple chefs and master bedroom /bathroom were HUGE! Overall we enjoyed our week ,nice neighborhood to enjoy morning or evening walks. Would have liked to use the outdoor decking, but too dirty to enjoy!

The property met all of our needs, and it is so helpful to have extra refrigerators when you have a large group. I gave the listing portion only four stars, as it could show more pictures, and say more about the bedroom placement. I had asked for more information, and Tom is very responsive as in all matters. My kids called the one master bedroom a "palace," and insisted we stay there even though originally we were going to stay on the main floor. We fished, skied, wake boarded, kayaked, sunbathed and gamed all week. I mentioned the 4th of July as we were on the dock and a bald eagle flew right toward our dock, and then settled in the tree above the boathouse. That night the cottage across the cove put on their own fireworks show which was amazing. We didn't know about it, but we had missed the general celebration the night before and were down on the dock sporting our red, white and blue. Awesome week!

Great house with nice dock. Easily fit three small families. Large well stocked kitchen and four refrigerators made it easy to keep meals and drinks cool even at the dock. Nice poker table. WiFi was too slow to be useful but that’s not unheard of at the lake. Surprisingly AT&T LTE worked better than Verizon. Back exterior could use a little refurbishment but overall great house. Home owner was very responsive on the couple of minor issues that popped up.

We had a great time and Tom was great to work with. The lake is perfect distance from the house, not to close with small children and not to far to walk to 20 times a day to go fishing! The beach was only 10 minutes away so we made that trip daily for hikes and swimming. House was very spacious and accommodating for our family.
