Beautiful property with a prime location.

3 bedrooms, 3 baths was perfect for a 3 girl getaway. The property was very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, with a great location in an historic area with easy and inexpensive Uber/Lyft transportation. The property manager was in touch if we had had a need, which we did not. It was a lovely stay. It is a 3 story unit built in mid 1860s (nicely updated), with stairs, so consider any mobility issues for your group.

Great home for 6 people. Lots of steps being 3 stories 1 bedroom bottom level 2 bedrooms 3rd level. Clean and convienant. Would stay again.

The house was exactly as described and well maintained. All 3 beds were extremely comfortable. The back porch & Patio offered a comfortable place to hangout in the evening. Acces to trash in alleyway was a bit inconvenient as tge gate was kocked and no keys were found, so had to go around from the front. The location is great, just steps from one of the squares and very close to Liberty Street, yet side street was quite and low traffic.

I took my 2 nieces on a girls weekend. Loved having bed and bath each. Sweet neighborhood. Near coffee and restaurants. Uber found us easily. Great weekend.

Upon arrival, the home was very clean; however, it was apparent that there was a dire need for upkeep of the home. Several damages throughout and I shared photos upon our arrival with the management company. They indicated they would get with the owner to address the issues (cracked windows, broken glass tabletop, loose and/or missing fixtures on furniture and/or doors, missing microwave trim kit, chipped dishes...). The neighborhood was very noisy in the overnight hours and the cable/wifi cut out every 15 minutes like clockwork when trying to watch the television. Overall, a somewhat disappointing stay for the amount paid.

Family of 3 couples, the house was set up perfectly for us with all king beds with en-suites! The only problem we had with the house was that the dryer didn’t dry well. We reached out to the property manager several times but did not get a timely response.

The house was the perfect size for 6 of us. The location is so close to everything, but also really quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped for us to make dinner our first night there. Towel hooks in the upstairs bathrooms would be a good addition. We may book again for a Christmas visit.

Enjoyed everything about the property. Once we figured out the parking situation, everything was perfect. Great history behind the home and Savannah. Easy walk to downtown and all restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend the local neighborhood restaurants within a few blocks of the home.

3 college friends for almost 40 years together for a long weekend. The home was gorgeous and in a perfect location, easy walk to coffee shop, restaurants and bars. Beds very comfortable and shared areas spacious. Internet pretty slow, but maybe we shouldn’t have been trying to do work?

This house was perfect for our family. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The house was charming and we loved the location. We had such a great weekend and will definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed with another couple for 3 nights. Town house is on a quiet neighborhood street within easy walk to all sites and restaurants. The home is charming, extremely clean. Seamless check in and ease of communication with managers. Additional soap bars would be helpful.

A perfect place for 4 couples to gather in Savannah. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Be aware that there are lots of stairs. Nice location.

This property is beautiful. We were a group of 3 couples visiting Savannah for our friends wedding. Not only was the property impeccable but we couldn’t have asked for a better location or better set up so that each couple had their own bathroom (great for getting ready!). Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the home. Great location, everything in walking distance. Home was very clean and well maintained - no issues. So nice that each bedroom has a king size bed and their own bathroom! Also loved the rocking chairs out back. Wonderful home - we would stay again!

Perfect place and location!

We had 3 couples that stay here. All had our own space and bathroom. Common spaces were lovely inside and outside on the back patio area. All were clean and cutely decorated. Location was amazing!! We walked almost everywhere we went. Small snag in getting the access code on time that caused a little panic but they got it to us and waive a late check out fee. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend!!

Loved staying in this peaceful location during a family wedding weekend! Beds were super comfy and enough bathrooms for us to all get ready for festivities. Easy walkability to River area and Forsyth Park.

Great location. Close to all of historic Savannah. Three private bedrooms and connecting baths worked well for our group. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and has a great patio. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, flatware, etc. One bath had a very small shower stall. The shower head was not adjustable, and handheld shower feature did not work. A light bulb in the bath was burnt out. Street parking in front of the home was okay; however, there is a cost to park Monday-Friday between 8 AM-5 PM. We recommend downloading the “Park Savannah” app to manage parking at the home as well as throughout the city. There were many TVs in the house; however, standard cable TV stations were not available. The TVs only supported various streaming services. The home did not have an adequate amount of toilet paper, Kleenex, and paper towels. We were told that the home is setup with a “starter kit of paper products for the home upon arrival, but leave restocking to the guest depending on their family’s needs and preferences”. We thought the owner/management company should provide more toilet paper than 2 small rolls for 2 people for a stay of 5 days/4 nights. Two of the bedrooms did not even have Kleenex. The property listing indicated it had pool access but should have clearly stated that the pool is on Tybee Island which is approximately 30 minutes away.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The decor is full of southern charm and hospitality. Love the porch and the veranda. We went with two other couples and it worked great as each couple had our own bedroom no full bath. Easy check in and check out. Great location within walking distance to everything! Unfortunately during our stay there was a TON of rain but there were even umbrellas left for us to borrow! We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home!!

This is a lovely property beautifully combining historical furnishings with modern touches. The patio garden was delightful with a variety of blooming plants. We were able to park by the front door every day. The venue is accessible to many of Savannah’s beautiful parks. We would give this venue a 5 Star Rating.
