Property was lovely. Decorated very beautifully had all the amenities we needed. The garage beach access was not a problem at all. Helped to keep unwanted sand out of the living space, which was nice. Views and beach were perfect. Would highly recommend!

This is the fourth year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. The stay was perfect as always. Townhome is equipped with everything you need plus more. It is so clean and the view is the best. Look forward to coming back!

The townhouse was amazing! Everything was up to date and functioned as expected. Great views of the water! The beach was perfect. Exactly what our family was looking for. Melinda and Jeff were fantastic hosts, vey quick to respond to an unexpected issue. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

My Family and I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was truly a fantastic experience. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunrises and relaxing walks along the shore. The house had a spacious layout with plenty of room for our group, and the outdoor patio was a great spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was watching the dolphins play in the ocean right from the beach house's deck. It was such a magical experience that we will never forget. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this beach house. The location, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable vacation. I can't wait to return and create more memories in this beautiful beachfront paradise.

Normally rent single family homes for vacation and pleasantly surprised by this townhouse. No issues with noise or disturbance from other units. The location is great and the home had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Bottom deck is covered in shade by 3 in the afternoon and was cool enough to sit outside and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. We will be back.

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a wise choice. The ocean view was extraordinary and beach access was the easiest I have ever had!! The condo was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful vacation home!! We plan to visit again!!
