Tranquility at its best spacious house with great layout for large families.
Nature at your door step with local wildlife. This property will not disappoint.

This is the second time we have stayed at Upson Downs. We love it! Comfortable house with everything we needed. Enough space for 2 families where we weren’t on top of each other. Lovely sitting on the verandah with beautiful views and wildlife. Meryll was the perfect host who goes over and above. We will be back!

Fantastic place to stay, the house is well set out and furnished so everyone had a place to sit and relax. Beautiful verandah with outdoor seating. Great communication with owner.

Had a lovely stay at Upson Downs with the family. House had enough space to fit us all comfortably. Views from all windows are beautiful. Property was clean and well maintained and communication with the owner Meryll was excellent. She was very responsive and even sent relevant information for our stay. Definitely recommend this place

The house was clean and tidy and a peaceful place to stay.There was a slight smell from downstairs that was unpleasant but we made the owner aware of this and the issue should be fixed on the next person staying at the property.
Meryll was very good about it.

6 of us - 2 couples and 2 adult singles - spent 3nights at Upson Downs.
The accommodation was really good for our travel party with 4 bedrooms and lots of space both inside and out.
It was located in a bush setting but only 10 minutes drive out of Dunsborough.
We were entertained by around 20 kangaroos on the first evening of our stay and not as many but kangaroos each day of our stay. There were also lots of bird life and even the occassional rabbit.
In summary it was a very relaxing and tranquil setting. Just what we were after.

the house is huge and was well above our expectations. the view from the balcony is amazing, the property and surrounding properties were beautiful. the host was very friendly and helpful. the main bedroom and ensuite were massive and very nice. we are so glad we booked this place, and i would definitely stay again. thank you very much.

This property is perfect for unwinding and relaxing amongst nature! A comfortable and well appointed property, treating you to a nature experience with kangaroos, rabbits, birds and Australian native bushland surrounding the house. So close to Dunsborough and the amazing Yallingup Woodfired Bakery, it is ideally located. We absolutely loved it and will be back. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous property with us.

7 of us enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. Well equipped kitchen.
We enjoyed the local wildlife that hopped up to the paddocks at dusk.
The house is well appointed for Plenty of sightseeing in the area.

I came here recently with some friends for the weekend. We were blown away by the beautiful view. The house was well maintained and clean. Lot of beds and we even found that the 2 downstairs couches were pull out bed which came which was wonderful for sleeping our larger group. Wonderful property will stay again.

We had a great stay at Upson Downs. The property is maintained well and very clean. The house is large enough to host a couple of families but not over the top big for our family of 3. Location wise, awesome - the neighborhood is beautiful.
The deck was a beautiful spot to stop and watch the roos, carnabys and other wildlife go by. The skinks were a big hit with my niece ☺️
Meryll was a fantastic host - informative and easy to get hold of should you need her.
I highly recommend a stay here, you feel a world away - thanks for the tranquility!

This home is the best we could have chosen with Kangaroos, Black Cockatoos with red tails and also white tails, blue wrens, Galahs, black skink, absolutely amazing. The home is lovely and clean with plenty of room, we never used the dishwasher, oven or Barbecue as Dunsborough is only 10 minutes away. Busselton 20 minutes away. Definitely would come back again, communication with Meryll our host was 100%

Lovely Idyllic location. A comfortable home away from home. Everything thoughtfully taken care of. Great hosts. Beautiful wide verandahs to relax on and enjoy the views.

Excellent communication from the host before and on arrival. Gave suggestions of local beaches. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. A rural setting yet close to the beaches - best of both worlds. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The house is spacious (6 adults, 2 teenagers) with 3 bathrooms. The balcony out the back offers lovely views with kangaroos regularly visible. Detailed instructions regarding how to use appliances etc in the house are provided, as well as thorough information concerning expectations whilst staying on the property. We enjoyed a wonderful get away, close to Dunsborough and walking trails, but removed from the business of town.

We had a lovely, relaxing weekend stay. The sunny deck was a fabulous place for a long breakfast and afternoon glass of bubbles, after a day of visiting the many wineries in the area. Great location and property - we hope to be back!

This home was a lovely place to relax and unwind with a large family group. It was clean on arrival, well equipped with items and welcoming in feel and appearance. The host is friendly and responsive and ensured we were comfortable with our stay. The property is large, with amazing views, a creek, and friendly wildlife. We would definitely stay here again.

Firstly Meryll's communication is amazing. The property would have to be the most well stocked and organised house I've ever stayed at. The home was fantastic for our two families of four. A wonderful family stay- highly recommend
We had such a great experience at Upson Downs. Our kids had so much space to enjoy inside and outside.
The house has the perfect setting nestled amongst the bush, but not too far from Dunsborough , and has some excellent options to frequent close by eg. Commonage coffee,Yallingup wood fired bakery and Simmos ice cream.
The owners were fantastic to deal with and really made us feel very welcome to enjoy their holiday home.
We hope to come back again later in the year.
