Nice place semi private

We truly enjoyed staying in this spacious villa. It was very comfortable and adequately met our family's needs. I will definitely stay here again! The wrap-around deck was so breezy and beautiful! Thanks so much!

We were spoiled by this lovely place for our first stay ever in Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes. It was a great location for navigating to the beach, community pool, the Palmetto Dunes general store where we stopped for ice cream at least once a day, and super convenient to Kroger and all the restaurants and on-island activities available! Our hosts were super kind and helpful with any questions we had. Being a nature geek, I loved sitting up on the wrap-around porch in the mornings and admiring the trees and birds. On a very superficial level, we also enjoyed the space for the stay- all updated feeling and clean. We played Candyland and other games in the cabinets and were able to just enjoy family time together. We rented bikes to go along with the ones available in the unit and our older kids were able to make trips to the general store as a pair independently and loved that. Very thankful for our refreshing stay at this special place and we hope to come back again!

The Villa is large, comfortable, tastefully decorated with a newly remodeled kitchen and new living room furnishings. Our favorite spot, however, is the outside wrap around deck. Situated on a golf course, by a small pond, so relaxing to watch the turtles, the birds, and the constant flow of golf balls going into the pond. The location is perfect - 1 mile to the beach one direction and a mile or two the other direction to shopping. The host is kind, generous, and responds quickly. We hope to stay here again and it will be our 3rd time.

Last minute idea that worked out great. Large living room, beautiful deck, privacy and comfort of security. It was the quiet, luxury and home ambiance need to recharge and connect with family. Thanks for sharing your home.

This is the 3rd time my wife and i stayed here. We just Love this place! It has everything you need…CATV…with lots of channels to choose from … good Wifi… a nice kitchen with all the utensils and dishes you need. Not to mention the wrap around Deck that you can sit and enjoy the view of a few holes of the golf course. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed a relaxing time here. The bikes were a great amenity and plenty of bike paths to ride on to enjoy the scenery all over the island. Excellent communication with the host and the property was a great location looking out over the golf course with a wrap around porch and a screened lanai.

This was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 4. Enough space for all of us!! The location is perfect with lots of things to keep our active kids happy!! Thank you!!

This property is in the perfect location. All the amenities that you would need for a great vacation. I think the best part was the communication with the property owner Stan. The beach is 10 minute bike ride from the Villa and restaurants are within walking distance. It was a relaxed environment.

What a wonderful villa! Loved the private, shaded wrap around porch overlooking the golf course. The villa overall was comfortable and relaxing. A fully stocked "beach closet" with bikes, sand toys, boogie boards & beach chairs was a huge bonus. Excellent communication from the owners from the initial booking all the way through to departure. Definitely recommend!!!

Our stay was great! The owner communicated well and had everything set up for easy check in and a comfortable stay. The condo was very nice and lived up to the description and reviews!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at this residence. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful ideas extras for our enjoyment. We loved the views from the multiple decks and used the bikes every day . Golf and the beach just down the road. We would without a doubt stay here again!
