Beach and access to large swimming pool is the best! Owner very responsive to any questions you may have. Beautiful property!

The place is nice just was not clean and a lot of stuff that was supposed to be available was not. But we made good memories with family

Perfect location- family friendly. Wish owner had mentioned pool was seasonal because it was closed. I've never stayed anywhere that bathrooms did not have at least part of roll of toilet paper. 2 of the 3 bathrooms had No toilet paper at all on arrival. In at least 3 of 4 bedrooms, the support railing/platform was Glued to bedframe, not bolted on or otherwise secure. One bed fell while family members were getting ready to go to bed- landing on their toes. No major damage but could be bad had the bed fallen on a small child or with an elderly person. Also I've never been required to wash all bed linens prior to a 10am departure. I have been asked to help but, to wash bed linens for 2 king, 2 queen beds and linen for 1 sleeping on couch, required me and my husband to be up with 1st load in washer by 6:00am. Last load was still in dryer when we left. There was barely enough laundry supplies to wash the 3 loads of sheets. Having stayed multiple times in vacation rentals, I always bring extra TP, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, laundry supplies because I know my family. Had I not been a seasoned renter, we would have been forced to go buy supplies after checking in and a 5 hour drive. So you may need to bring a little more than your bathing suit, if stay at this condo.

Beautiful place to stay with four large bedrooms and private bathrooms ample kitchen utensils toys games lawn chairs bicycles etc. to use. Please note the pool And bar restaurant doesn’t open Until the weekend before Memorial Day though the owner did let us use the pool And it is beautiful. A little bit of a walk to the beach and pool but the place was so nice it was worth it.

We had one small issue during our stay. Monica was easy to get up with and we resolved the issue. We would stay again.

Owner not very responsive to messages, difficulty getting door open. Wet clothes had been left in the washer and smelled. Disposal did not work and upon inspection found a magnetic toy ball in it. Fixed disposal for them, always had to enter from rear due to front door not operating properly. Had to re wash clothes and fold sheets that were supposed to be available to us at check in.

This was a great Condo and was so spacious. We loved our stay on the island for Thanksgiving. The beach is just a short walk across the street.

Good place and value

We had such a great time here! Easy beach access, very comfortable beds, and nice back porch! Five star place to stay!! Oh and beautiful pool next to the ocean! Loved it!!

The condo was very attractively furnished and within easy walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The few questions I had of the owner were answered promptly . I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had an amazing time this year staying at this condo. We were very pleased with the accessibility to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Great vacation!

Very close to a beach safe for kids, easily walkable even hauling beach gear. Kids also loved the community pool although hot tub was broken all week. I underestimated how much my kids would love the turtle ponds! My son and daughter were obsessed. Porch was lovely even on hot days- shady and catches the beach breeze beautifully. Great week and a great condo for my family to relax for the week

Nice place, spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom - excellent for 4 married couples to share. Well-equipped kitchen and linens, clean, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend!!!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and everything that was advertised. The beach was a short walk from the condo and you could use the wagon to cart your beach supplies. You do need more than one person with some muscle to cart the wagon up and down the steps at the beach access. The only thing I was not crazy about was the Nest thermostat, having that installed takes away the ability of tge person staying in the unit to set the AC or heat for their comfort.

The owner was really easy to get in touch with. The location was perfect and convenient to everything! We had to wash our sheets and towels before we left which was ok their detergent ran out by I bought some the same brand they had and took mine with me. Again this is for accuracy of what to expect not a complaint (at least not for me!). Bring your toiletries like TP/hand soap for all bathrooms as there are 4(if your going to use them all (again $1ech no biggie there is a dollar store right up the road +Publix & Lowe’s food! The comfort and beautiful location make it worth while! So much to do and the place already comes with all you could need or want for the beach!!!! They even had board games and card games galore (we couldn’t enjoy them except for the cooler do to previous pre wedding activities) but we did stop and take an hour to just enjoy the beach view and talk with my son before he entered the next chapter of his life with his beautiful bride! Thank you sooooo much Monica for the Villa we enjoyed it!!! Wait we also enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the turtles!

The house was clean, plenty of room for all the guests including bathrooms. The back porch was nice and a great place to hang out.

Was very pleased with Monica’s condo. It was well equipped , very comfortable and convenient location to the beach . An abundance of ammenity”s and toys! Recommend highly!

The property was clean and very well kept. Plenty of kitchen essentials. Everything worked properly. Owner responded immediately to any questions. Availability of extras like bikes, beach boards, beach chairs, etc... was a HUGE plus. Our investment in this condo with four bedrooms and four baths was ideal for our group. Enough separation, including bathrooms, along with two great gathering places with the open living room, dining area and bar / kitchen area floor plan along with the large deck with seating for fourteen. All Good here !

This condo had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. It was sparkly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The outside deck had a large table and chairs which was great to sit around in the evening. Just outside the balcony was a pond full of turtles and fish that our kids fed every day. Tons of board games to play, bikes to ride and all the beach equipment we needed. A couple of minutes to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 183 B Via Old Sound Blvd. We have never stayed in a condo before. It was GREAT! Close to the beach, short walk. Loved the bikes and our bike rides. We did not do much, mostly walked the beach, swam the waves, checked the turtle nest every night, as it was about to hatch, but no luck. Just a relaxing fun week in your lovely condo. This property had everything we needed and more!

Beautiful place in a wonderful location. Enjoyed some quiet time on the porch and at the beach. Loved it!

Please explain the TV remote operations. We were only able to get one TV to work. Multiple multiple remotes with no idea where to use them. There was No laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper. What’s the point of the key in the key pad ?? There really isn’t a check in process, which could be explained better. The place was lovely and very comfortable. And would definitely rent again. Thank you.

The condo was accommodating for 8 adults. We had our children with us and their boyfriend/girlfriend all in their early 20 and they had a nice relaxing vacation. The condo was clean and spacious and everyone had their own room. We definitely would love to return next year.

We have been to OIB for years. At the last minute, decided we needed a beach vacation and found this condo. We were so lucky to find it. It has everything you need - from beach equipment to kitchen gear. It’s all here plus it has super comfy beds. Will definitely be renting again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach was within walking distances. about a 5 minute walk. Chairs, sand toys, and umbrella were there for our use with a wagon to put them in. The children enjoyed the turtles every morning in the back. The pool area was very nice. We enjoyed playing the board games that were there at the house while we grilled out and stayed in for the night. Friendly neighbors We would absolutely stay again. Thanks Monica!

The rental was great. We had lots of space for the family and the beach club access makes heading out to the beach and the pool easy and low stress.
