Great property, lots of space to rest and relax. Hosts thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Would definitely stay again in warmer weather so we could enjoy pool and lake.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend away and this was perfect! The property had everything we could want: pool, hot tub, lake, enclosed patio with games, and a full kitchen with outdoor grill where we enjoyed all of our meals. Kim and Lane went above and beyond to make the weekend smooth and enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay!

Beautiful property located near several grocery options and a short drive to Gainesville restaurants. Would 100% stay here again. Be sure to rent a boat from one of the many rental facilities and explore the lake!

My husband and I booked a weekend here for some overdue relaxation, and it was just what we had hoped it to be. The amenities were great, the space was beautiful, and Kim and Lane were very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. To have access to a pool, a hot tub, the lake, and a beautiful sunset each day was truly a lovely experience.

Location and property were excellent! So pretty and terrace level guest house was so beautifully decorated. Hosts went out of their way and provided snacks and even frozen pizza for a first dinner. They even had extra toothbrushes, toothpaste and mouthwash in the bathrooms. They provided kayaks to use with life vests. It seemed more like a bed and breakfast type stay as the owners were living on the property while you were there.

This property was perfect for our group of four (2 couples). It had beautiful indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and dining. We also enjoyed the large pool and the ability to dock our boat. This property has everything. It's well stocked and did not lack anything we may have needed. Kim and Lane were super responsive and helpful with all our needs.

We had stayed at this apartment several years ago and we were very much looking forward to another visit. It is a lovely terrace apartment with comfort and amenities to please everyone. We enjoy the party dock and meals on the patio. The screened porch is a great spot to relax while reading a great book. The kitchen is well stocked and provides a gathering place to prepare simple meals. There is a swimming pool, spa tub, fireplace pit, kayaks, and an outdoor space to swing or play games. The apartment is impeccably clean. Kim and Lane are attentive hosts. They have created a relaxing oasis by the lake.

Mr. Lane and Mrs. Kim were the best host. Attention to detail was outstanding. Felt very safe and could not ask for of a more relaxing vacation. Definitely will be back soon....

My sister and I took my daughter and her twins to getaway from her very stressful life. It was beautiful! It was too cold for the pool or lake, but were many places to enjoy the beautiful view sitting by the indoor fireplaces, on the screened in porch, on the covered patio, or as we made s’mores by the fire pit or relaxed in the fabulous jacuzzi! The kitchen is fully stocked and the hosts were very kind and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY be back to this gem of a vacation spot! Thanks Kim and Lane!

This property had EVERYTHING one could want. The owners were the most accommodating I have ever stayed with. They go above and beyond, from the emergency lantern, to the pizza, to the make up towels!! They have thought of everything and make you feel at home! I can not say enough good things about these hosts!! The hot tub was amazing, the location is perfect!!! Pictures do not do it justice!! Book this location and you will not regret it!!

We can not say enough great things about this amazing property. The owners were very professional & helpful. They were so sweet to ensure we had a wonderful time and were available to answer any questions we had . They texted great places to see, places to eat, and great too communicate with. The property itself is a GEM with a SPECTACULAR view. The owners have thought of every last detail in order to make your stay comfortable. It was super clean and close to shopping and attractions. This lake house is surreal. The view is far prettier in person than photos. The owners are very attentive to detail not missing a beat on anything you could possibly need. This location is an easy drive and in the middle of a lot. We explored dahlonega, Helen, Lanier island/margaritaville, preachers rock, Anna ruby falls all less than an hour drive. Grocery store is 5 min away. All around perfect trip and place to stay! Thanks to Kim and Lane for having us!

This property is by far the nicest I've visited in Gainesville. The owners are incredible and thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. (Think hotel travel size toiletries, fully stocked coffee bar, phone chargers, etc.) A storm took out power before our arrival and they contacted us to ensure we made alternate arrangements, just in case, and offered to of course refund if power was not restored in time. Thankfully it all worked out and we were able to enjoy the cozy accommodations, beautiful lake view and soak up the time with our boys who attend Riverside Military Academy. The owners live upstairs and were quick to respond to questions and were gracious in allowing us to have 2 of our RMA friends join us for dinner one night. They also 'loaned' us an ingredient we realized we were missing. Our boys asked about fishing and they provided poles right away. They even have some firewood stacked and available for use in the fire pit. Thank you Kim and Lane for the hospitality, you guys have a beautiful home and we hope to visit again soon!!

AWESOME. The property was fully stocked with everything along with treats. The hot tub was super relaxing and the workout room was an great. I am definitely planning to visit again in the future. Lane and Kim were exceptional hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The owners were very attentive and made our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this property and will visit again.

The property, furnishings, decor, and location were outstanding. The dock was beautiful. Many amenities including kayaks, thoughtful touches like a coffee bar and snacks. Master bed is very sunken in, in the middle - beware if you have a bad back. This property gets a 1 because I believe it is intentionally deceitful. I read the word private many times in the property description and planned for a private romantic weekend away with my husband. Here is what I found not private: The owners are upstairs. The back of the house is completely composed of big, open windows and doors. The owners family room overlooks the hot tub. Their backs are faced away from you when they are watching tv, but they will wave when you meet each others' glances. The upstairs family room is directly overhead the living room in the guest apartment. I was woken up from loud footsteps during a late afternoon nap. From the guest master bedroom, you could look up stairs at an angle and into the family's living room. I did share my concerns with the owner just a few days before the trip that the listing seemed inaccurate and that on second glance it looked like the property was not private at all but shared with them, the property owners, who are on site. She said, yes that was true, and that the way she means private is that it is not part of a neighborhood or community. We tried to salvage one day and had our kids come join us to enjoy the lake, but overall our weekend was a bust. We were seeking privacy, and instead it felt like you were in a fishbowl where the owners could see you if you were outside and hear you if you were inside.

My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (3 and 5) and we had a great time. The home had an entire chest of games that we enjoyed and we loved all of the outdoor space!

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. Lake Lanier is beautiful and there are some fine restaurants in the area.

The property is beautiful and has lots of activities to choose from,kayaking, board games, hotub ect. The owners keep it very clean and even provided some snacks and other amenities suck as toiletries. We had a great time. The only thing I would mention is that there are a astonding amount of rules to follow durng your stay. Most rules were reasonable however there is a rule related to any and everything you could possibly do during your stay. It was at times overwelming trying to keep up with the do's and donts of everything we did, from washing your face to using the hotub and kyacks. Last thing that may or may not matter to future guests, but there are a lot of security cameras to ensure that you stay safe while enjoying all activities.

My two boys (ages 4/6), husband, and I had a great time. There are a lot of activities on site. The property was amazing!
