We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night winter stay in South Seas 3. The unit was very clean, the cheery electric log fire was cosy in the cold weather, and there was everything we needed, plus a few extra treats! The view is superb and is one of our favourites. Being able to walk to the main street of Port Elliot is convenient, or you can enjoy the longer walk along the coastal path to Horseshoe Bay, enjoying wonderful views of the granite rocks and ocean. A very relaxing stay!

Beautifuly furnished, with everything you would ever need and with the most amazing views!!! We loved the new fire place addition, makes for cosy atmosphere on rainy days while taking in the ocean.

We enjoyed a lovely few days in Port Elliot. The home provided everything we needed, with stunning views and within easy walking distance of the cafe and shopping area. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious, although we found the 3rd bedroom to be quite small, particularly as we were a party of 3 adults. Melissa responded very quickly to our questions and requests.

The property was lovely, right on the water. Gorgeous styling in the property. Easy check in access and communication with host. Walking distance to nice cafes and restaurants.

Great location. Views spectacular. Premises was lovely, just needed a little more attention to detail in terms of bedding linen and toilet cleaner and brushes. But other than that fabulous!

Perfect location overlooking Knights Beach. Beautiful seaviews from bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. Very comfortable and warm perfect winter getaway just minutes from Horseshoe bay and the main street delights.

The apartment itself is very well equipped and decorated. Everything we needed was there. Everything looks new and fresh and the apartment was spotless. The apartment is in easy walking distance to the shops and pubs in the main street, and of course with the beach just across the road, beach walks are very convenient. we tend to vsit in the winter months, and so everything is blessedly quiet, even on weekends. Melissa is very helpful and responds to all messages very promptly via emails and, if you install it on your phone, the Stayz app, (which I found very convenient).
