This property was in an ideal location! Easy to get to the snowflake lift and completely ski back home at the end of the day. The place was really well stocked… it was organized and had anything you might need. The communication with both the owner and the property manager was so incredibly easy. They were very prompt with any reply, and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying at this wonderful property!

Ideal location for our group of 6, very short walk to the Snowflake lift and equipment rental. Ski back in at the end of the day down Lower Four O'Clock. Does not get much more convenient than that at Breck. Gorgeous condo, top floor and quiet end of the hall. Fantastic experience with this rental. Highly recommended!!!

The Scanlons have an amazing property in Breckenridge! It’s super cozy, yet roomy and met all of our needs. Kim gave amazing customer service and helped us work through some parking pass issues. My teammates and I enjoyed every second of our stay and are keeping it in mind for next year’s conference!

Cannot say enough about the property & the owner, every single detail, and then some, was addressed. Four women celebrated our birthday here and we loved the venue so much we stayed in most nights. Hiking close & everywhere you look, decks with views, half a mile to town and spacious yet cozy. 🏔️ What also has to be said is that we needed some help with the property a few times, self created, and response rate & friendliness unbelievable. Not a thing missing from coffee filters to condiments for cooking (the basics) and I’ll absolutely be returning to this piece of heaven on earth!!!

Good location, good property. Is a little expensive over other properties that are similar in the same location.

This is our second time staying here. Always great communication with host. Beautiful views. Parents love watching skiers come down 4 o’clock run. Across the street from base of snowflake lift. Super easy ski in ski out. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to town, very convenient with the Snowflake lift right outside your door

Awesome true ski-in, ski-out property. Snowflake lift steps away and could literally ski to our door off the lower 4'oclock run. Clean and well-stocked. Storage locker downstairs and indoor/outdoor hot tubs were added bonuses. We had a wonderful week in Breck!

We really enjoyed this place. Was a clean, nice, spacious, and comfortable condo. It was very conveniently located and had everything we needed during the stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Our family stayed here the week before Christmas. The condo is clean and well maintained. It's located in easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. And, is perfectly located for ski in/ski out. We loved it!!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home in Breckenridge. It was one of the few four bedrooms I found. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Great views, clean and conveniently located near town. There is a shuttle right across the street to take you into town but we found it to be unreliable. Breckenridge is a fun town with lots of shopping and restaurants.

The location close to slopes, lifts, rental and town is very good. The unit is nice but it feels a little crouded in the social area with the 8 people that were there.

We invited friends over for dinner (total of 12) and there was plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone. The cleaning company left usable items in the refrigerator which we appreciated (ketchup, mayo etc.) and other items such as coffee filters, tea bags and hot chocolate! The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice. Extra bonuses we appreciated: elevator (unit on 3rd floor), ski locker, and humidifiers in each room. Parking can be tight if you have a large vehicle but its doable. I highly recommend this unit and the owners are easy to work with and communication with Kim is great. Wonderful property. Spacious unit, loved having 3 full baths. The communal hot tub was fantastic. Just steps from the slopes. Easy communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for us! It was clean and had the room we needed. It was perfectly located on 4 O'clock run (we literally skied right to our parking lot and walked 50 feet into our condo). It was a walk through the parking lot and across the street to Snowflake Lift which takes you on your way up the mountain to go anywhere. Couldn't ask for a better location. The bus picks you up at Snowflake Lift every 14 minutes to take you into town. We walked many times as it is only a 10-12 minute walk. This location and condo was ideal for us. Would highly recommend!

We went with family to ski In Breckenridge, and the condo was in perfect location! The ski lift right across the street was great for getting to the slopes in the am (Peak 8 is our favorite) and the skiing back to condo from Four O’clock trail was amazing at the end of the day! The owners of the condo were awesome-they went out of their way to check in on us to make sure we were there and having a good time. We loved all of the games they had and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking in several nights. We enjoyed the walks downtown from the condo to go out to dinner and shopping.

Our 4 night stay with our family of 9 was exceptional—more than was described or expected. Our host, Kim, was very thorough and went out of her way to see that we had everything we needed to make our trip amazing. The view out of every window was gorgeous! We could sit in the living area and watch skiers coming down the slopes—we were that close! And the free shuttle to downtown was truly right across the street from the condo. Our family had a very memorable Christmas and highly recommend Peak 8 @ Tyra II!
