Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал ❤ На связи в любое время.
Наличие плиты для готовки, микроволновки, холодильника и стиральной машины. Достаточно места для вещей в шкафах, включая вешалки. Гладильные принадлежности. Всё новенькое и чистое.
Есть губка для мытья посуды и средство.
Напор в душе в определённое время оставляет желать лучшего. Но это, скорее, претензия к застройщикам. Как шумоизоляция окон. Особенно слышно ревущие автомобили на дороге.
Шторы закрывают оконный проем не до конца, поэтому наружняя подсветка освещает комнату ночью.
Один кондиционер в квартире - в спальне его нет.

The apartment was spacious, had a wonderful view on the beach and the city. The location was great. The room was clean, had a mini kitchen. We were also able to leave our suitcases before check in. The staff was polite.
We had only one key to the elevator and apartment, which was not very convenient for 4 people. Unfortunately, the ATM downstairs was out of order.

Very fast wifi! Kitchen is adequate and the view is lovely. Free parking is a bit cumbersome but possible just on the street in front of the building. Hot water tank means you never need to worry about running out and there's a washer for laundry. Great place to recharge and explore the city!

The apartment is nice and has everything you need for a short stay. it is well located, with Batumi boulevard, just across the road, next to the black sea.
on our arrival the room was not ready. there were no sheets for the sofa bed, and the duvets was in terrible condition, old ripped and definitely not something you would expect as a traveler. Crockery, like wine and cold drink glasses and cups were dirty and we had to wash it before use. No fitted sheets for the beds and the flat sheet was for single bed not double bed. WORST of all was, that we were given duvet covers on our arrival to cover the duvets ourselves. It even did not fit. overall I believe that this will be an excellent place to stay, if management ensure better personal touch and a more welcoming reception!!

The apartment was clean and is well located, only 2 minutes walk to the beach. For a short term stay, it's a good place to spend time in Batumi.
The staff was friendly but the receptionist or owner could be more friendly and speaks no English.

It has everything you need - fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. Also, apartment and it’s design look new and nice.
Smell was awful and we couldn’t get rid of it. Seems like someone was smoking there for many days:(
Also, there were dirt stains on pillows.
Stuff was not very welcoming.

The apartment was nice and I had everything that I needed. The location is good if you want to set yourself up to explore around Adjara or go to the beach, everything is quite close by in Batumi. I have stayed in some of the other residences within the same development group and this was definitely one of the better ones in terms of the host being very responsive and the rooms being soundproofed and insulated well.
