Great house! Excellent location.

This was our second time staying at this property. Its a nice, clean home and the location is great for walking downtown or walking the pier'1

The location was walkable to both the beach and downtown which was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A beautiful deck to enjoy the water view. Plenty spacious for a family of ten. Owner was friendly and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!!! :-)

Perfect location! Had a wonderful stay!

As we entered the home and saw the beautiful interior, comfortable couches, fireplace and lovely kitchen we were thrilled. Then the task of choosing bedrooms and roommates. 4 queens, a twin and 2 futons seemed fine. NOT! Futons were luggage racks and it groaned too. A child would not last an hour on these very uncomfortable beds. So there was some disappointment and 2 guests were on couches. The house is open and you hear everything. So living room sleeping was not sufficient for a good nights rest. Location wise it looked like we had a lake view from the living room. No. The location is filled with houses and rentals on top of each other. View to the right on the deck, was it and that was not much. Upside we had a blast. Cooked, laughed, played games and enjoyed the town shopping. Disappointed that we could not use the fireplace as it was in the fifties at times. More lamps, more places to hang a towel and an upstairs sink that got you wet with each tooth brushing or face wash and didn’t drain well. Two fridges were great, garage and parking great, decor charming, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and glasses. Had to use deck chairs to seat 8 ladies in the living room. Clean, good location for day trips to Saugatuck and Muskegon . First time getting a house together so a positive experience for all.

House and furnishings are very nice, and kitchen is well stocked. Main floor and lower level bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. One complaint was the lighting in kitchen and upper level bedroom/bath. The fixtures were very attractive but did not provide enough light for cooking and grooming. Upper bedroom was spacious, but only had a queen size bed. Would prefer a bigger vanity with better light. Sink was very pretty but, water would splash up over the sides and go everywhere. The main floor is beautiful and spacious which worked well for our group. Overall a very nice property, location, and accommodations.

Amazing decks with a master suite on each of the 3 floors. 2 car Garage with extra fridge. A wheel cart to roll to beach was very handy. Within walking distance to imagination station, shopping district, and beach. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Another family member rented a house nearby with 2 kids but hung out here most of the time. House never got crowded. Perfect week. Owner texted to remind me of garbage takeout and to warn of an incoming storm. Very helpful.

We love this place. It was our second year that we have stayed here. Great location, phenomenal deco, well equipped & communication with the owners is very easy & they are very accommodating. .

We are so grateful to have found the perfect place for our family in Grand Haven. Truly my happy place. Everything is walkable from this great location. Although you can just sit on the spacious deck overlooking the channel and watch the sunset.as the boats come in to go the night. On a practical note, there are three full bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture. I could go in and on. Also nice nei. Finally Karen is lovely to work with. Easy communication. Thoughtful and obviously puts much love into her home. You can’t go wrong here. Thanks Karen!!!

What a wonderful place to stay in Grand Haven!!! Absolutely loved it. The owners are wonderful and very detailed. Such a excellent location for watching so many things and enjoying every aspect of the town. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was in order and the property was just as advertised. The only negative is that there was very little light in some of the rooms. I would definitely rent the property again.

The cottage is very cute, and was extremely clean. The large main floor and great views from the front deck, hot tub on the back and other features exceeded our expectations. A lot of nice touches, we really felt at home and enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful home! Plenty of room for our family to be together. Close to everything and the Hot Tub is so relaxing after a day at the beach or shopping. They thought of everything from a well appointed kitchen to a utility sink in the garage. We are such fun memories were made. Many thanks to Karen !!!

Park your car for the week and walk everywhere! The beach, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Kids loved the daily walk to Imagination Station, one of the best playgrounds in Michigan.

This is an amazing place. Spacious, beautiful, and a great location. The owners were very accommodating. Karen even toook the time to tell us where the candles were in case of a power outage during the impending storm. We would all highly recommend this rental.

This was a much needed weekend away from the daily grind. We stayed in off season and in the height of COVID rates. Therefore, we spent the majority of our time in the home. It is very well laid out and so comfy. I have insomnia and slept like a baby. There's plenty of room! There is a huge front deck to enjoy the views. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

This house is beautiful and was perfect for 7 of us on our mother-daughter weekend. It's one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, no expenses spared. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds and sheets were too!

Great location for the town of Grand Haven, the shops, restaurants, and of course, the walks from the home to the end of the pier on Lake Michigan!!

We loved this property and would rent it again! Very clean and beautiful inside and out!
