Awesome house

This house was wonderful for our family of 9. We were all so comfortable and loved the house!! Had great walks to the beach in November!

Incredible. Never been to Cape Cod. Brewster is a quaint, picturesque and peaceful part of Cape Cod. It’s a mid way point so you can go to many places without traveling too far. The area is so peaceful. We arrived and Joanne had everything set out about the area. The house was immaculate. Everything was above and beyond what was listed. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Joanne for a great vacation. Looking forward to going back again. If by chance you go here visit the Brewster General Store. Soooo relaxing with the locals and coffee.

Great place to stay - quiet, comfortable, pet friendly, enjoyable deck, clean. Nice location away from busier areas of the Cape.

The house is bright, cheery and welcoming, just like in the photos. I had my siblings join my husband and adult sons to celebrate my birthday. We used to go to Brewster as children so it was very nostalgic for us. We had 6-9 people at a time and we had plenty of room. The house is well-stocked with pots and pans and dishes. The location gives you easy access to Dennis (lobster rolls at Sesuit Harbor Cafe), Chatham and the National Seashore. It is close to Paines Creek Beach for lovely sunsets and Breakwater Beach to walk the flats. And right next door is the Lemontree shops with the Alfresco sandwich shop on one side and Heart Pottery on the other side, on 6A. There is lots of seating in the living room, with two tables in the kitchen area and two tables outside. Joanne is wonderful and responded quickly to our questions. The house does not come with sheets and towels, so I ordered them from Cape Cod Linen Rental; David was a delight to work with. I would definitely rent this house again. It felt like home.

The house is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully comfortable and had everything we needed for our multigenerational family gathering. Paine’s Creek beach at low tide and sunset is a treasure. Great location. Would love to stay again if I have the chance.

We loved our stay at Joanne's house! It was a perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids and was a great location to access all of the Brewster beaches, restaurants, and more. We would recommend it to anyone!

The location of this rental is perfect and Joanne was a lovely host. Extremely communicative and made everything very easy - from checking-in to ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This home was very comfortable with room for all to spread out. It is located near one of our favorite beaches in Brewster, Paines Creek. The owner was very responsive to all text communications. We will absolutely return.

This home was the ideal situation for our vacation this year with our family. Location was wonderful. Close to paines creek beach, and many shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect home for large families. It’s a lovely well kept home. The deck was wonderful, as we had a birthday party for our son. Guests came from other parts of cape. Outdoor grill was fantastic, plenty of seating on the deck. The pool table in the garage was a huge plus. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a get away in Brewster! The hosts clearly are very organized and prepared. Thank you!

We had a great week on the Cape and the house was perfect for our needs. The two extra daybeds allowed us to have some flexibility with visitors, and we loved having two full bathrooms plus the outdoor shower. Lots of fun cooking in the big open kitchen, hanging out on the back deck, and of course spending our days at the beach. Joanne was attentive and communicative through the process of booking and planning the trip. All in all a great experience. Thanks for having us!

Great house with a short walk to a fantastic kid friendly beach. Had everything we needed and owner was readily available to answer questions.

Stayed here for a family wedding that was down the road at Ocean’s Edge. Perfect space for all of us and the neighborhood was really nice! Overall our stay was great! Only small complaint was that I found out the morning of checkin we had to bring our own sheets and towel as they were not provided. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice if it was in the listing or just mentioned before checkin. Like I said overall the stay was great and I would recommend!

We loved staying at the house. It was totally comfortable with great outdoor space. The location was perfect for all kinds of activities. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was directly off route 6A and minutes from a variety of dining and beach choices. The sunsets at Paine Beach were beautiful as were the tidal shifts at Crosby Beach. The house was perfect for my family. We were able to allow my two married children, one with my grandchild take over the first floor bedrooms, while my wife and I escaped to the second floor bedroom. There was more than enough space for my extended family. There were six (6) adults and one 20-month that shared the house at various times during our ten (10) day stay. Within a mile from the house are bike trails, walking trails and beaches for those that love the outdoors. We could have chosen to explore more, but we found ourselves completely satisfied to spend the 10 day vacation in Brewster. The owner was a wonderful women who never bothered us and had the house stocked with everything we needed. The outside grill was spotless as was all the rooms within the house. The house had a two0car garage which was great for our bikes and gold clubs. Finally, if you golf, the Captains was 10 minutes down the round and the course was in excellent condition, despite the draught. The Pro shop went out of their way to arrange tee times when I was in a pinch. Finally, I read the guest book and every family that were before us shared the same assessment. The house was great. The location was great. The vacation was great.

We absolutely loved our stay! We enjoyed the beaches every day and the house was perfect for our family. It is a fantastic location and we can't wait to come back soon!

Not only was the property great, as depicted in the listing, but the location, known to us from previous trips to the Cape, is excellent! Paine’s Creek, one of the most beautiful beaches on the bay side, is a minute away and definitely walkable. The Lemon Tree shops are next store , as is a small coffee /sandwich shop. Kates seafood is a minute walk as well. The property is quiet and sits on a nice cul de sac. The owner, Joanne, was great and the property instructions and check in were easy. This is a great property for family/multigenerational groups. Would stay again!

As a family we had a very stressful year with my husband passing away and 4 months ago my 37 year old son passed away as well. We decided to still go on vacation for the kids. They had a wonderful time. Sea Street beach is amazing.

Loved the location and cleanliness of this property. It satisfied all interests including golf, beaches for small children, boating access, restaurants, shopping, arts and more. Joanne is excellent host and very responsive. We would highly recommend for any family.

The house was beautiful with tasteful modern decor. Very roomy, we had six adults and one child. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard deck very private with lush greenery. The house is close to several beaches in Brewster and very close to Dennis beaches as well. Many good restaurants within ten minutes . The host was helpful and easy to contact. I definitely would stay again

We had a wonderful stay! Great location to both Brewster and Dennis beaches. Kitchen is equipped with plenty to cook while you are there and a nice grill - but two delicious restaurants (Al Fresco and Kates) in walking distance might limit your use. It was great being so close to the museum and little drummer boy park for our kids. Large living room and dining table with ample seating for gathering as a family. The deck / patio are also well equipped with plenty of seating! The house is on a quiet street that dead ends with a culdesac that our kids enjoyed scooting on. Overall a wonderful house and location - many memories were made!

The house was very clean and I enjoyed the flowers on the table. Had plenty of sleeping room. Beds were a little stiff but otherwise we had a great time. Would go back again.

My family and I had an amazing week at the Cape while staying in Joanne’s lovely, comfortable home. Everything in the house is exactly as pictured/described and we found it to be spotlessly clean and well stocked with basic necessities. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable (something I have not found to be true in many rentals)! The home is spacious, inviting, and perfect for a group, two families, or in our case, a family plus grandparents who prefer to have a bit of separation. The deck and backyard were a peaceful and private retreat after a day at one of the many local beaches. The house is centrally located — very short drive to the best restaurants in Brewster and Dennis, in addition to some beautiful beaches and the rail trail. We also enjoyed a short walk (briefly on the busy 6A) to an awesome breakfast/lunch cafe and little shopping area that has something for everyone. Joanne was extremely easy/quick to communicate with and everything was easy. We look forward to hopefully staying again!!

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay in Brewster. The property was in a great location, the house was exactly as the photos show in listing and well stocked with items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in every bathroom and kitchen. The house was very clean this is of upmost importance to me and I was pleased that it was spotless. You would never know that this is a rental that allows dogs. (but we loved that it is) Some of our favorites eats were The Kitchen cafe for breakfast and lunch, The Marshside in Dennis for dinner (10 minutes down the street), Breakfast at Grumpys they offer fast service and wonderful food, and lastly The snowy owl for coffee. In addition there are plenty of gluten free options around, my daughter has an allergy and this was super important to us. You can check out foodwithkathrine on instagram if this is a concern to you she posted losts of local places that have great GF food (even fried seafood) The beach is within walking distance but as stated in previous reviews the main road Rt 6A is super busy and we found it safer to drive. Plenty of parking in May so no worries with driving. The beaches are so New England and picturesque! The outdoor shower came in handy to rinse feet and give the pup a bath. The deck and yard are nice to enjoy some sun and listen to the birds. The beds were all very comfortable and plenty of room for sleeping. I have just a couple of suggestions and minor things that I would note. the furniture in the living room is great for chatting or playing a board game but not the best set up for watching television. The kitchen table closest to the slider is really to big it blocks the slider and the flow to walk in and out and around table is very tight. My family and I would love to return in the future and we highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family get together. With adult kids and their spouses, three bedrooms with queen beds was perfect, plus a fourth bedroom with twin beds for my 80 year old mom made this visit so easy. And we were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner in this kitchen and all sit at the same table. We couldn’t have asked for anything more - even the dog was welcome!

Very nice location and house was perfect for our needs. Would stay here again.
