We loved our stay at Blue Oasis! It was in a great location, close to Cruz Bay. The two separate living quarters made it perfect for our family!

Everything from start to finish was amazing at this property! The views from the deck made every morning and evening the perfect way to start and end your day. As many reviewers have mentioned, the hill(s) to get to the property are intimidating at first, but after the first few times and driving around the island, you get used to it! You definitely want a car to drive around the island, so the hill to the condo is great practice. The condo is two separate entries, but it worked perfect for our family and the extra space is nice. The pool felt like our own private pool and was a nice refreshing way to end the day at the beach. Linda and Manny's recommendations were spot on and they both were very hospitable. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on St John! We cannot wait to come back.

The amazing views and convenient location made our trip truly memorable. Well coordinated welcome by both the friendly and helpful property manager as well as the owner, who offered helpful recommendations. The two unit configuration was perfect for our family since it allowed a separate space for the kids to relax before breakfast or at bedtime.

Manny (owner) and Linda (manager) were extremely responsive to our requests. Being met at the jeep rental agency by Linda and escorted to the property was greatly appreciated. Our 13-year-old enjoyed staying in the loft of the upper unit. We liked having all the extra beach towels and proximity to grocery store. We will repeat our stay if we have the opportunity to return!

We just returned home from our week long stay at Estate Bethany! It was amazing and we can’t wait to return next year! Manny and Linda went out of their way to make sure we had the best vacation possible on St John. Great beach, snorkel, sunset cruise, hikes, and restaurant recommendations! Manny even got us a table at the best restaurant in town for my husbands birthday! The house was clean and comfortable. The house supplied us with beach chairs, towels, coolers….everything we needed for a day at the beach! My morning coffee view was incredible and I miss it already! Our teenage daughters loved staying in the bottom floor in their own “apt” and using the beautiful pool as well. We wouldn’t rent any other house on the island. It was perfect and we will undoubtedly be back next year. Thank you Manny for an unforgettable experience ☀️

The view from the deck is amazing, and it was a great place to see the sunrise behind the hills and sunsets over the water. We had fun counting the iguanas sunning themselves in the morning in the trees below. The loft bed was SO comfortable. The A/C units weren't functioning properly when we returned home one evening (from an island power surge), and Manny quickly got Martin to come over & get them working. The lower unit has a mustiness to it, but it does get better with air movement. Both Linda and Manny were so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much for letting us stay at Blue Oasis!

You also have to remember this is the Caribbean and the standards are a little different than you might be accustomed to elsewhere. Manny provided an opportunity to rent a vehicle while staying at his property, bypassing a lot of red tape with the local rental agencies. We took advantage of this opportunity but were not able to get the vehicle promised. We did get a vehicle of a lesser quality and Manny provided a credit to offset our disappointment. Impromptu, last minute decision to go to STJ. Luckily we found Blue Oasis and it is exactly as the pictures describe with epic views. Linda the property manager and Manny the owner worked flawlessly from before checkin to departure. Clean and nice, plus the pool is only a few steps away and was never crowded. Enjoy!

The property location can’t be beat. Spectacular views. The host and property manager bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Can wait to come again next year.

The peace and view of the home was outstanding and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed and furniture were extremely comfy and the place was very clean. The gas stove runs a bit hot and you could use some kitchen shears and measuring spoons, but all in all, it's one of the best rental places we have stayed in on St. Johns and we have rented on the island 7 times prior to this one.

What a beautiful view!! Loved having my morning coffee on the deck. Manny and Luciah were very helpful and responsive. Luciah met us when our boat arrived and escorted us to the property and gave us a tour. We appreciated this because it took the guesswork out of getting to the property after a long day of travel.

The Blue Oasis Villa was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to St John. We are a family of 5 now, our son was recently married so he and our daughter in law slept in the lower level of the villa so had privacy and their own bedroom and shower and very comfortable AC. The beds were extremely comfortable, the screened in porch area was so nice for breakfast, and the main bathroom was also extremely roomy for me and my daughter to both get ready for dinner each night. Manny was so helpful and easy to work with and always text us back right away if we needed help with anything. He gave us a guy to pick us up at the airport so we didn’t have to wait. Luciah and her husband were there waiting for us at the ferry dock with the keys to Manny’s SUV rental for the week which was so hassle-free. They also helped us take all of our luggage up to the villa. Luciah was helpful the first night when we had gone to dinner and were trying to get back to the villa. St. John has a lot of hills and steep terrain and she text us back every few minutes til we were back to the villa. It was easy after the first night. The villa was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler that we took to 6 different beaches, a beach each day, during our stay. It also had a everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. Manny even left us with a bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers when we got there which was a welcome sight after our long plane ride. The ocean views and breezes were spectacular from this villa. Truly the peaceful relaxation we needed after the long, trying year of 2020. Would 100 times over recommended staying here with the hospitality of Manny and Luciah and the ease of the whole trip. We had an amazing stay at St John!

We just stayed for a week at the Blue Oasis Villa. The views are amazing and my husband and I, our adult daughter, her fiance and my teenage daughter all had an incredible week. We had plenty of room to spread out. It was really like two separate villas, up and down. The pool was steps away and we always had if to ourself. We rented Manny’s car and it was wonderful to have for the week. It was critical for traveling up the steep hills. Manny and Luciah both were very responsive and helpful before and during our trip!
