We had a wonderful time visiting family in the area and staying at this home! It was clean, had plenty of dishes/towels/etc., the pool and hot tub were wonderful and it was in a great location! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

We enjoy visiting Naples during February because it’s a nice step away from the colder, grayer winter weather in our home state of Maryland. We chose this one story house in North Naples because of its proximity to Vanderbuilt Beach, nice restaurants and wonderful shopping. This three bedroom, two bath home was very comfortable for us, with a king size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The study/bedroom in the front of the house had a pullout queen size sofa bed that worked well for family who came for a short visit. The highlight of the house is a newly installed pool and whirlpool spa. It has a screened enclosure, with lovely exterior landscape lighting at night. There is also lots of pool furniture for lounging and enjoying meals by the pool. The beach equipment is all in good condition. There are 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two beach umbrellas a cooler and beach bags for the guests to use. One of the pleasures of the house is a kitchen that has been outfitted with all necessary cooking utensils, pots & pans and small appliances that made preparing meals very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We have been coming to Naples for vacation for the last 6 years, this year was the best one yet. For the first time I didn't have to clean the house upon arrival like prior years. This home is very well taken care of it is clean, has everything you need to cook/grill a meal and much more. We had no issues. We can't wait to go back!

Perfectly described in the listing. The home was very clean when we arrived. I usually find that my expectations for cleanliness are too high, but this property met them. Not only was the home roomy, appointed well, and filled with wonderful amenities, but the owners stock many essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies. What a treat to not buy at a supermarket what we wouldn't fully use! Great beach chairs, beach bag with towels, and a cooler on wheels for our trips to the beach. When flying into Florida for the visit, these amenities are a welcome "extra". The pool and spa were our favorites. Easy to operate and a treat when arriving home from a long day at the beach or traveling to the many activities in and around Naples. Communication with owners was excellent. We would highly recommend this property!

I rented this house for my wife and I for a 5 night stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to access all the shopping and restaurants off Tamiami Trail and all the beaches (Vanderbuilt and Delnor-Wiggins). The State Parks Pass was a bonus for entry into Delnor-Wiggins, we used it twice. There were bikes available to ride, however we walked to Vanderbilt Beach which was about 1.6 miles. We even took a day trip down to Marco Island. The house itself was exactly as represented and very clean. The interior decor was all updated and done very well. Everything worked perfectly, from the pool/spa, the washer/dryer and the outdoor gas BBQ grill. We really enjoyed having the hot tub since some of the nights were a little chilly. Having use of the cooler, umbrella and beach chairs was really convenient. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house and appreciated that all the details were thought of and provided to make us comfortable, whether we were eating in or adventuring out. We would definitely recommend booking a stay here.

The house was exactly as detailed in the description and had every little detail considered. We felt that it was taken care of very well and incredibly clean. Katherine was super communicative and helpful, every text was responded to promptly. We can’t say enough great things about our stay - would definitely recommend!

With the current socially distancing concerns in the world we were at a loss for what todo for spring break. Finding a house with a private pool and near sparsely occupied beaches were perfect for our family. We were in the pool within an hour of getting to the house and made it to the beach for sunset every night. For our family of 4 and even my Sister in-law and her husband coming to spend a night as well it was a great size. Everything was precisely as described and great book of instructions and manual for the house, area and pool. The house and the pool deck are all fully tiled, which was great for keeping the house cool, but did get slippery with the kids moving in and out of the water as our kids love to do. But overall great place.

This house was fantastic! Perfect for our family of four(husband, myself, and 8 yr old twins) plus our dog! Great location, close to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato Shops and Restaurants and so much more. The pool and hot tub were heavenly. Heated to comfy temps, the kids swam everyday. Beds were very comfortable, house clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owners was wonderful and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The pool and spa were fantastic and the backyard was very private. We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the beautiful patio. We had a great stay! Beautiful house, well kept, well stocked with excellent facilities. Pool and spa were excellent and very private with 6 foot fence. The owners were responsive and helpful. We plan to return.

This is a beautiful home with private, lovely pool area. It is a 5-10 minute drive to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. As we were there just as the recommendations to shelter in place began related to the pandemic, we were more than happy to stay at the house. We had everything we needed! The hosts were so very accommodating, including being set -up for a 6 month old! We will definitely stay again when we are blessed enough to return to Florida

Our family enjoyed our stay here. A perfect location, close to beaches, restaurants and fun. This home was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We are hoping to visit again to check out the pool and hot tub addition.
