Loved our stay .. so did Gypsy the Jack Russell. So many thoughtful inclusions from ice in the freezer, lots of condiments, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, bait and fishing rods !!. Beautiful location. Evening visitation from a family of dolphins. Thanks Richard, good of you to organise. If I had to choose what I would like to see included it would be a cheap hairdryer. We have no hesitation in recommending. Will return.

Great property with river frontage. Fabulously stocked with many extras . We had our grandson with us. He is just walking. Please note for future guests, the balcony has direct access to the rivers edge with no secure balcony.

Amazing location located directly on the river. Amazing views from living room and top floor bedroom. Nice terrace area outside living room on the river. Perfect for an afternoon drink. Hosts were fantastic.

Had a fantastic mini break there. The place is very well stocked with everything and the location is awesome. I will come back and absolutely recommend it to my friends.

Lovely quiet apartment in riverside location. Every amenity thoughtfully stocked.....even fishing rods and bait. Shame the fish weren't biting! Doggy park next door! Will return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Riviera. This is a lovely apartment, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The Villa location an excellent , in a quiet complex on a quiet street with the Richmond River at its back door. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with thoughtful additions such as oils and condiments . We had only an overnight stay and the location was so convenient for access to the river, the beaches and places to eat but next time I would love to stay longer and explore the beautiful Ballina area in more detail. This apartment would really suit a stay of several days or a week so that one could spend an evening two enjoying a glass of wine and a cheese platter on the deck looking out over the river.

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The view was outstanding, able to fish, swim and relax without leaving the property. It was fantastic that we were also able to bring our fur babies for Christmas. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderfully appointed and in a wonderful location. The interiors were lovely and welcoming. Amazing views—We didn’t want to leave the bedroom because of the views. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

This house was superbly furnished with everything we needed, even herbs and sauces which were a lovely touch. We loved being able to fish straight off the back deck and enjoy the view of the river

Got there late it was dark and didn't look out the back door, in the morning I woke up to see the sunrise on the river just 2 metre from the back door. Everything that you needed or wanted was supplied. I will recommend this property. Michael

Suited us for a family get together. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. Lovely views. Didn't need heating as it was quite warm for winter. Beds were comfy. Couldn't ask for more. 3min Uber ride to most restaurants. A+

Even we are not in the good weather ( rain ) , we really enjoyed the property the place is beautiful, very clean , very thoughtful, very organizes. Everything you need it’s there for you to use . Very convenience. River is beautiful even it’s rain we still enjoy river view. Richards so helpful, so kind and very generous. When we stuck coz of flood somewhere else so we can’t drive , Richard is so kind and offer to let us stay without hesitation and make sure that we are safe. We really have a good experience in this property and neighborhood is so kind and very very nice . Hopefully we can go back again when the sun shine. 😊😊😊 Pim and wing

Not sure why but I expected this property to be a free standing house but i would probably call it a block of flats so initially I was a bit surprised. If looking for privacy it is not ideal but having said that I was over all very impressed with the property and would absolutely use it again. Very clean and tidy. I have no criticism of it at all. Very nicely decorated and magnificent view from master bedroom, safe parking and friendly but not intrusive neighbors

Communication with owner was great, as was the location itself. House is fantastic and has a homely, clean look and feel. Thank you for having us stay :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our pet friendly stay . Easy check in . Clean.Comfortable .Everything you could need in a home away from home. Our puppy made friends with the friendly neighbours -one of which had a dog too. Serene setting directly on river with beautiful sunsets. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Just amazing. From when you walk in, it feels like the water is right there in your backyard, until you realise it is!!!! Seriously there is a back deck and then water. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, with everything you need. The hosts have also provided little extras around the house eg. Washing powder, body soaps, a spice rack, coffee, tea and many more. The main bedroom is something to experience. Huge windows with an unbelievable view. The sound of water lapping onto the back deck area is something you must experience especially at night lying in bed. If you plan to visit Ballina, stay here, you won’t regret it.

The owner has thought of everything. The home was spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this property.

A contemporary, very comfortable, EXTREMELY well stocked apt. The master bedroom is enormous with wall to wall windows, fabulous river views. Having coffee (or wine or any meal) on the enormous picnic table on the waterfront was such a highlight. Richard could not have been more helpful.

View suberb, every detail carefully thought about and little details met. Beds very comfortable, clean and we would happily stay again as number one choice if ever in Ballina again.

Beautiful home with amazing view. Great location to either stay around Ballina or just 30 minutes up to Byron Bay.
