It feels like home away from home. This was our second trip back to this property because we absolutely love it. The property is well maintained and has everything we need to have a great beach trip.

Latitude Adjustment is VERY clean, serene, relaxing, we appreciate the beautifully refinished oak floors throughout, the sophistacated nautical decor, the high ceilings and fans. This is a well-organized home with everything we needed and comfortable beds and sheets. Kitchen was well stocked with sunny windows and ample counterspace. It is NOT the typical home cluttered with too much fussy beach decor and neglected. Host Dana was very responsive to our question. A great visit Spring 2022.

Need a better manual CAN opener by good grips in the kitchen.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and want to come back. Clean, comfortable, spacious beach house with thoughtful touches. Loved the games and space downstairs and the atmosphere in the house.

This house was clean and beautiful! Perfect size for 9 people. Simple walk to the beach! Perfect deck for morning coffee or a late night game... the games and seating under the carport were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels and linens ! The washer and dryer was a huge plus and beach chairs and toys were a wonderful surprise ! We will be back as soon as possible. Perfect vacation for all of us! Thank you so so much. I highly recommend!
