We had a really short stay, but the owner was very kind, the location is very close to many restaurants and the beach is 3 blocks away. The location make it very calm and relaxing.

El Hotel está ubicado muy céntrico. La atención personalizada de su dueño en múltiples funciones, incluyendo la preparación del rico desayuno servido con calidez.

Me complicó tener que subir escaleras por ser una adulta mayor que usa bastón, pero averigüé que tienen habitaciones en primer piso y sólo con ducha para personas con movilidad reducida. Fue

Staff was wonderful. Convenient location near the beach surrounded by bars and restaurants. Hearty cooked to order breakfast. Excellent suggestions for restaurants.

Located down an alley with no signage at the street. I had a hard time finding the Hotel.

“Amazing”! I have Never had an experience like this staying anywhere before. Christian was incredibly helpful and made the experience truly one of a kind. We enjoyed the breakfast (great options and was filling for two active folks), the staff was all so attentive and wonderful, the whole place was incredibly clean, and generally we had an amazing experience. There are a lot of options and I understand it’s hard to choose, but you won’t find a better choice. You can tell they truly care about your experience. Ask questions while you’re there! Christian goes out of his way in every respect to make sure you have a good time. The location is also fabulous! Valparaiso is an easy Uber ride and the beaches are close. Great food everywhere you turn and truly wonderful people. I could keep going but I think you get it… Be open to new experiences and have a comfortable place to stay.

Adri, Christian, and all of the staff at Esencia were beyond welcoming! I prefer boutiques/B&Bs rather than hotels, and this one had all the personal touches that I love, including a delicious breakfast and a lovely patio with a herb garden (for your morning tea!) I couldn’t recommend it more.

Esecncia was one of our best accommodations in Chile. This beautiful boutique hotel is located in a very safe and dynamic neighborhood. The owners and the staff were super friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations. The breakfast was excellent and the room was really comfortable. There is a lot of attention to details and you really feel at home here.
