The neighborhood with all of the beautiful flowers was wonderful to walk in. Also just a short walk to town. House was clean and well stocked. It was a great stay.

Beautifully furnished house in historical neighborhood. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Everything you need for a great stay in Lodi. Very responsive team. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

5 Star Home
This home was authentically decorated with real charm for the age and location of the home. Every amenity needed was available. The layout was perfect for intimate conversations as well as dinner for 10. The appliances were new and functioned well. We didn't have a single issue but knew that if we did, we would be taken care of. I appreciate that I had the property managers cell phone number. I did reach out to him to drop off a basket before our guests arrived and he responded instantly. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were high quality. We will request to stay in this home on our next trip to Lodi.

GREAT place!
This is one of the best appointed rentals I've ever stayed in - and I've stayed in a LOT over the years!. it had everything you could need, and want for a vacation rental, and it was super clean, and well-marked where everything was. I'd highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to stay in Lodi, and be centrally located in the area close to lots of great stuff.

Great house centrally located in Lodi
We went to Lodi to visit with family for one week. This house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners thought of almost everything and it was labeled clearly. The outdoor patio in the backyard was lovely for the warm evenings. The only oddity was access to the outside is through the master bedroom. Very clean. Centrally located and walking distance to downtown and lake. I would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic house
Lovely airy house - well furnished, comfortable and plenty of space. We had a lovely stay and recommended the property to friends of friends, which lead to a booking later in the year.
The property manager was very responsive to our queries.
A minor point, but we were surprised that the only direct access to the garden was through the main bedroom.

Cozy Cali Home
Your VRBO was very convenient to Lodi’s quaint downtown with great restaurants and shopping! Very nice neighborhood with sidewalks and walking distance to downtown. The space was well prepared and very clean. We really enjoyed your cozy touch. Very comfortable place, would definitely return. Thanks so much!

GREAT neighborhood! So quiet! The house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!!
We stayed here with our two sons and their wives. The house was perfect for what we needed and stores and restaurants were so close and convenient. The house has a very nice dining table where we played games after a long day but best of all was the secluded backyard space! It’s a great outdoor place to enjoy a nice glass of wine. We walked Downtown Lodi and really had fun wine tasting. The whole experience from checking in to the great house house, quiet neighborhood and the clean and friendly town of Lodi made for a perfect stay!

Lovely home central location, easy access
The property was easily accessible, centrally located, and exactly as described. The property was well maintained and contained everything needed for convenience. I would highly recommend this property to others looking to stay in Lodi.

Weekend winery stay
Spent couple nights with the ladies here, we went out to a couple local wineries. We mostly relaxed at the home. Home was exactly how it was in the pictures. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a very nice place functionally in a nice neighborhood.The furniture and its layout is in desperate need of a decorator, but other than that the house was fine. I don't believe that it was mentioned that there was an attached unit in the first advertisement, but it did not affect us. The place had all the amenities you would look for in a rental. I would caution that the tub floor in the master bath is very slippery, and could easily be solved with a mat.

Friendly and convient
Great location and Jojo is a super friendly and helpful host! We love the backyard (note: it is shared with a separate unit B, although it wasn't an issue during our stay. Unit B also has a separate patio). Really close to down town, parks, etc. It was over a 100 degrees when we were there so we appreciated the AC! We would recommend this place.

Great Location in Lodi to Rent
The beds were great, location was in a very nice neighborhood. Was very clean and felt safe. Liked the wine decorations, but (this is just our 4 opinions) we did not care for the living room, it was a miss mosh of style and did not go. Chinese and Wine decorations do not go together. Living room is also cut up and would be great to have this one big room instead of so cut up with furniture. There was 4 of us and sitting in living room was just Ok, but would not be comfortable for 6 to 8 people. House creaks at night, which woke us all up. Love the stay so no real complaints. Would give this 4 stars out of 5.

Beautiful home
We had a wonderful time in this home. The kitchen is separated from the bedrooms, so if a few of us were up early having coffee and visiting, we didn’t disturb the the late sleepers. The owner picked up the phone right away the two times we had questions. It has a nice quiet back yard with a fire pit. If I ever go back to Lodi, I would rent this home again.

We had an excellent stay at the house.
The location to downtown was great. The owner did a great job with setting up the house. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking on the street.

Very Nice
We stayed here for our son’s wedding . It was perfect nice and clean plenty of room for eight of us. It’s located in a cute neighborhood close to everything. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great property!
Great experience! Very nice house and conveniences, including bottle of wine! Comfortable beds and TVs everywhere, all with roku’s. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had amenities that made it both comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious and had really confortable beds. The house was well stocked and Jojo was a gracious host. He responds readily. All in all, a beautiful house and a wonderful experience!
