We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful property. It’s true—this home is nicer than the photos indicate. The large living room windows afford a clear view of the river running outside, as well as the trees and mountains behind it. At night, we turned off the lights and enjoyed the hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of stars overhead. We will definitely book Srey’s property again when we visit Sequioa & King’s Canyon again.

Absolutely amazing property with a beautiful view of the river. We loved the proximity to The Sequoia National Park. It has all the amenities of home, we had fun with the recreation activities in the garage, good for the younger adults in the group. The hostess was very responsive and had great communication with us. If in the area again, we would rent this property again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you

We usually do an annual camp trip in Three Rivers. Decided to switch it up and rent a home. This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and waterfront! We enjoyed several home cooked meals, floating in the river, hiking the nearby national park, and visiting local restaurants. The game room was so much fun with the pool table, ping pong table and video games! Srey was amazing, top notch host! She was in constant communication with us from start to finish, ensured all our needs were met. Srey provided all the information we needed from driving directions, local hot spots, events, and safety matters. We had such an awesome experience, we can't wait to do it again!

Well hidden, well laid out place with absolutely lovely outdoor gardens leading to the river below. Just gorgeous. The place had everything and ridiculously close to the Sequoia Nat’l Park. Instructions were beyond expectations. We enjoyed and would have stayed longer simply to explore the area, it was so pretty.

Our family had a great time staying at the river house, it was our base to explore Sequoia National Park. Srey was great communicating throughout the entire process, proving timely road conditions in the national park. The house is amazing, with the river flowing in the back, to old school arcade games entertaining the kids for hours. Our only regret was not spending a lot of time outside due to the heatwave, but glad the house had working AC. The house was well appointed and comfortable for the 7 of us to relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the river!

The host was so incredibly helpful! She sent me tons of info about the area and things to do. The house was amazing!! Very clean! The beds were super comfy! My family and i absolutely loved everything about our stay here

Excellent VRBO experience and property! The raging river in the back is breathtaking and so relaxing, but what I appreciated most was the owner’s helpfulness! Very informative and helpful about the area, and so easy and quick to communicate with (though, not actually from the house as there wasn’t great cell service). Highly recommend!

Really impressed with this property. It was beyond our expectations. Perfect for exploring the National Parks nearby. Communication with the Property Manager was extremely useful and helpful; lots of local information, smooth check in/check out. No issues at all. The property was very well equipped, very spacious with amazing river views! We also enjoyed the garage games room after a day of hiking. We loved our family stay here and would definitely recommend it. Perfect escapism and stunning location by the river ! Thank you

We had such a great thanksgiving break at this house. The view from the living room is absolutely beautiful. The house was spotless and well stocked. The host was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend especially if you’re visiting sequoia.

This property was clearly well maintained and very well located for our excursion into Sequoia. We had a minor problem with the TV which turned out to be "user error" and was quickly responded to by the property manager. AND, a bear decided to show up on the driveway! We were too excited and no one got photos but it was still a fun sighting.

This property was even better than the pictures online. It’s was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the National Parks. The river in the backyard was beautiful. We loved the ping pong and pool table in the garage. It was the perfect location, just minutes away from the entrance of the park.

Great house, very consistent with photos! Love the deck looking out at the river and the little rocky "beach" we were able to walk down to where my kids could wade in the water. Beautiful big windows looking out at the river. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful in providing a lot of information about the area. The house is just a few minutes from the entrance to Sequoia national park as well as easy driving distance to establishments in Three Rivers and Kaweah lake. Also with an infant I appreciated that the house was generally fairly baby safe with not too much trouble a crawling baby could get into!

It does not get any better!! Super close to the park entrance, but the back porch and the river are your own private park!!! Loved this location, and we will 100% be back. Srey was amazing to communicate with and we felt so taken care of. It's even more beautiful in person! :) Thank you, Srey!

After long days exploring Sequoia National park this was the perfect place to relax and soak our sore feet in the chilly waters of the Kaweah river. The house is wonderful, with views of Moro rock from the living room. I was so glad there was WiFi because all of our phones had no service.

Excellent location on the river, close enough to town so we could enjoy the local offerings. Perfect place to unwind and relax.

We had a wonderful time at the Sierra River House. The house was clean, wonderfully laid out and had all the amenities we needed. The location is close to the park and restaurants. We will definitely return.

All was as good as what was. described on the listing. Nice and responsive owner. Great location just by the river with lots of private access to the river. Suggestion for the owner: the property is nice and beautiful how ever the amenities, appliances, and general equipment like pan and pots, cutleries, showers, bed frames , and bbq are quite worn out and at their end of life stage. Such a premium house with an upper end price deserves much nicer and newer facilities.

It’s a lovely home, even nicer in person than the pictures. River is accessible which was great. House is well kept and was very clean. It has a game room too. Home is close to Sequoia park entrance as well as the local restaurants. And the host is great. She is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Four professional women on a girls hiking, get together vacay. Beautiful property, spacious, well laid out, very comfortable and great supplies of kitchen accessories. We grilled and ate great meals on the deck overlooking the river! Highly recommend this property. you won't be disappointed!

Oh my goodness, this home is amazing. Even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. Spotless, beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. The quiet—except for the sound of river right out your window—was lovely for us city slickers. Our stay was too short. This was my favorite VRBO stay to date. Thank you!

Great vacation home at Three Rivers. Owner was very responsive with text and phone calls when we had questions. We had a mishap with the toilets not flushing properly on the first night but the owner was able to send someone out the same night to have if fixed. Other than this issue, everything else was great! Location was great and the river behind the back yard was very tranquil and relaxing. Would definitely come back again in the future!

All as advertised and shown in photos. Owner very easy to work with and very helpful. River is lovely and lots of interesting rocks and nooks and crannies to clamber around on. House very clean and easy to use. No noise from the road, and super close to the Sequoia Park entrance. Beds are comfortable. Open and full of light. Would stay again.

This property was everything that was listed. The game room was a hit, the kitchen provided all needed essentials. The windows allowed you to feel like you were outside all the time. The decks were perfect. The only thing we were a little bummed out about was how fast the river flowed at your entrance point. It was hard to walk to other spots where it was slower because of the large rocks. Other than that it was perfect!

My family greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Sierra House in Three Rivers. The house was in immaculate condition. Very efficient, and most of all, very transparent to the river which was a very important feature for us. The architecture and design of the house greatly enhanced our exposure to the river, making us feel like we were always in front of the river. The rushing and babbling noise of the river, the cute stone-studded walking path leading down to the river, the beautiful deck patio overlooking the river, the gorgeous gigantic windows allowing pristine views of the river all contributed to a most charming experience for every member of our family. Can't wait to come back! Thank you for paying such careful attention to detail. Needless to say, the gameroom was a hit with my kids and the utilities in the home were superb. Another rare plus with this property was the abundance of towels.
