The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood that’s accessible to lots of food options and two great beaches. My family had a great time!

We loved our stay. The house is spacious and very quiet. We used the pool several times. The welcome was perfect.

Place was clean and well maintained. The area was very quiet.

What a great place. It was in an ideal location to everything we had planned for the weekend (OC Fair and Beach) and close to the pool. It was clean and oh so comfortable for all of us. I/we can't say enough good things about this place. If we get the chance, we of course will be back. Highly recommend.

The condo is great and convenient to everything we wanted to do in our week there. Check in was super easy and everything you could possibly need was provided. We will definitely come stay again.

The condo is beautiful and clean, very comfortable and slept great. Great amenities, and host interaction and communication top notch. Walk (40min) or bike (20min) to the north part of Newport Beach. Quiet neighborhood, weather was perfect.

A very nice, homey, clean stay in a cute area with lots of walking trails nearby and beautiful nature. It was peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed in the kitchen without any clutter. The nightstands had outlets right on the lamps. Prepared hosts in many ways, which we appreciate. Would stay again!

The house was in a great location. It was near everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean inside and had everything we needed. The hostess and team were very communicative and alerted us of a few things that needed to be fixed that they were already coordinating. It was not a big deal to us and appreciated to heads up. Would recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for our getaway. Enjoyed the quietness of the area. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. Master room nicely sized!! Good amenities with the heated pool and Jacuzzi.

Really enjoyed the central location for getting to beach and other fun stuff. Property was as described and Karen and Lauren were terrific to work with.

We stayed here in February 2023 and had a wonderful time. Karen and hostess Lauren were very proactive about communicating and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The pool was fantastic and location ideal for heading to the beach and day trips to theme parks. The temperature was tricky to regulate during the colder days but we sorted it out eventually. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

Karen’s home was exactly as pictured, a good location, and extremely well stocked with every amenity you could want for a long term stay. We had a few minor issues which were remedied immediately.

We had an excellent stay in a well-equipped, well-stocked, up-to-date, comfortable condo. Our nearby host checked us in seamlessly and was always available via text for quick questions, and a minor issue during our week. Perfect coolish weather for outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, a 5 minute walk. The condo complex (200+ units) is surrounded by and integrated into natural areas which is a big plus. It is not an end unit, however, and inside, you don’t feel particularly close to the outdoors. Picture of patio suggests a bigger area than it is (Gas BBQ was great to have for sirloins from The Butchery). Lots of conveniences within a short drive. Two-mile lovely walk or bike to the beach. Thanks to our owner and host!

When we first walked into this lovely townhouse we both exclaimed…awwww, this is beautiful! Every little detail for guests was within each room. We felt like this was our very own home away from home! We rented the bikes for a beautiful ride from the unit down to the Huntington Beach pier. Each night we’d open up the windows upstairs to enjoy the lovely ocean breeze throughout the night. The property is located in peaceful and very quiet environment. The location was also perfect for us to go to Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, and down to Balboa Island each night for a Balboa Bar ice cream and a sunset walk around the island, or going to HB to watch the sunset along the shore. I’m hesitant to say much more for fear it won’t be available for us next year and every time we visit Newport Beach to visit our family.

Location was great- quick ride to both Newport Beach and Huntington Beach and only an hour into LA! Lauren was there to meet us and very responsive when we had questions! This property was perfect for our family. Check-in and put weee easy, hostess and owner were very responsive if I had a question, house was spotless which was very important to me as my daughter was having surgery and needed a clean comfortable place to recover! Pool was warm, appliances were great! Excellent value for the fee

The home was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 on vacation to California. The close proximity to the nature preserve and Newport Beach area made it that much better. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was well maintained and the amenities and little extras were great and much appreciated. We had a great time and would definitely rent from them again!

We were looking for a place to rest and relax away from city / beach traffic and noise, and this place was perfect. All the furniture, including the beds, was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous. It was easy to text with our host, and the place was spotless. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace. We'll definitely be coming here again.
