Everything was fine, BUT a couple of days after the eviction we were accused of damaging the sofa, although we did not even use it and demanded money, it is very unpleasant, I do not recommend choosing this apartment!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for the two of us. Very modern and up to date inside. Just about everything was awesome, especially the bathroom!

Only complaint would be the bed and couch where not comfortable. The bed was rock hard and made it difficult to sleep.

The apartment was really beautiful and whatever you might need is provided for. The complimentary wine and chocolate was a wonderful touch. The location was also really great. The beds were a bit too firm for us, also no fan in the bedroom and air can't really get into it. One night I slept in the comfortable chair under a vent. Just providing a fan for the bedroom would solve this small problem. Over all we really loved our stay and the apartment is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

The neighbors were rude and did not like vacation renters staying in their apartment building.

The shower was awesome, beach accessories were available for our use, assigned parking, pool was nice and clean.

TV in the living room wasn’t working. (Not a big deal, we just watched tv in bedroom)

We were not sure on what side of the building the apartment was located - some directions would be useful.

The shower had a tower shower unit with body sprays and hand held shower head. I've been a plumber for 22 years and have installed many of these. This unit seemed to maybe have a kinked supply line behind it because the pressure was horrible coming out of the tower shower. So bad that it was difficult to rinse the shampoo from our hair. This is a common issue with these towers that hang on the wall. The owner needs to have the unit removed and inspected for any kinked lines behind it.

Great location with a Publix and gas station right across the street. Only 10-12 minutes away from Siesta Key beach. Barney (the host) was very helpful whenever we needed to call him for anything. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed (beach umbrella, cleaning supplies, seasonings in the kitchen, etc.). Pool was large and quiet. Highly recommend.
