Our work team have spent the last couple of months at Karen’s house, everything we needed was provided and it’s been a perfect place to come home to after a hard days work. Karen is a great host and we highly recommend her house.

This is a lovely holiday home with room for a large family. There is an excellent open space dining and lounge area inside and a great outdoor space with excellent table and chairs for dining, great outdoor furniture and BBQ. Great space for large family group. Location is on the outskirts of Mangawhai itself with a 5 minute drive to beach and village shopping. However, are some convenient smaller shops closer by. Best recommendation is that we would love to come back here next summer!

My family and l booked into this beautiful property. Firstly, Karen was very welcoming with her communications l really appreciated her warm responses. Secondly the property lived up to the photos and beyond. I recommend staying here it’s a wonderful place to be. Thank you 😊

We had a fabulous stay. Karen was great to communicate with. The house is spacious with a large outdoor area for entertaining. Perfect for a dog as fully fenced. Well equipped- kitchen as well as games for kids. We will certainly be back. Thanks Karen

Thanks for making the house available at short notice. Really great house - super comfortable with everything you need. Even puzzles and games in the cupboard (which we forgot to pack). Great family getaway.

This Bach is so well kept, has lovely interior decorating and is an easy walk to the Mangawhai shops. Our dogs were very happy in the well fenced garden and our friends could easily visit for lunch due to the spacious decks and loads of outdoor furniture. We loved the extensive shade sail over the main outdoor dining. So great to have air con, Wi-fi, Netflix etc on the big screen TV, well stocked pantry, good size fridge. Next to a school with a gate into the field with a big bike track and multiple playgrounds. Probably the best bach we have stayed at yet. The beds are big - bring your biggest sheets! The owner also replies very promptly and is really kind and friendly.

This house has an awesome outdoor deck area. With a fully fenced yard its was perfect for us and our small dog.
Karens communication was amazing, would recommend this house and would definitely stay again 😊

We loved our stay and the house was beautiful. The house was perfect for us and so handy to town and beaches. I love the kiwiana accessories and the dog beds were appreciated by Jimbo. Will stay again, many happy memories were made
