We stayed here one night when we arrived in Sardinia and another when we left.. The location is perfect for exploring and enjoying downtown Olbia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and cool. As a final note, the shower gel smelled amazing.

This was a lovely, small hotel in the heart of Olbia, within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, and also the harbour. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed, what more could you ask for?

One little thing: hair dryer could be closer to the mirror (or it needs a longer, looser cord).

The location, close to the center of Olbia. The breakfast: exceptional quality of the products served. The service, very attentive. The fact that they offered us an uprade (room with a balcony)

The water in the shower could have been hotter... A second chair in the room would have been handy.

The Hotel is 2 Minutes walking distance from old town city center and 3 Minutes walking distance from the coast line. Perfect friedly stuff and fresh refurbished rooms. Fast free WIFI.

However, the rooms only have very bright cold energy-saving light. There is a lack of a feel-good atmosphere.

First of all the family that owns and runs the hotel is fabulous. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was conveniently located in Olbia.

Unfortunately we were there in August and my room was not as cool as I would like -- a few nights a bit uncomfortably hot. Also, the other guests came home from their evenings out quite late, e.g., 1-3 am, and there was a lot of door slamming as the corridors were quite noisy. The hotel was in Olbia, which may not be the best location for visiting Sardinia. It was our choice but next time I'd stay on the water somewhere.
