Property was as advertised. Good rental. Can't go wrong with the pool and hot tub. Being 20 minutes from SPI is close enough to be convenient to do activities and go to the beach without the crowds. Would stay here again.

The best house!

Clean and Comfortable. Grandchildren (12,5,2) Enjoyed the Pool. Spacious for the 2 grandparents and parent. Safe Family Neighborhood. If you have a lil one, a few things you may need to pick up and put away. Glad we were able to Enjoy our Time here.

Beautiful home! Serene and peaceful. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We had everything we needed! Close proximity to attractions. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again!

We LOVED staying at this property. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the hot tub. We were able to sit back and relax the duration of the trip. Just a short 20 minute drive to Padre. We had a blast!! This is a gated community and I felt safe with my two teenage kiddo’s. Can’t wait to go back!!

This is the second time staying at this location. The first time was good but the second time was just okay. The kids enjoyed the pool because they don’t care about particles and debris. The adults did not enjoy the pool. The pool was filthy with particles and debris , I am thinking the filter needed replacing or something. I know what a pool should look like and this wasnt it. Not very clean at all. Besides that we enjoyed the stay, if you are local to texas I would advise to bring your own pans because these non stick pans are getting rusted. $1300+ for 3 days I expect a clean pool. I could have stayed somewhere with out a pool for a lot cheaper. The house was clean , Steven was responsive but did not provide a permanent solution for the dirty pool.

Beautiful home with all your essentials amenities in a quiet but beautiful neighborhood with a very relaxing pool.

Easy access to property and entry to house. Very clean property. Owner was very easy to contact. Definitely would stay here again.

We come to S. Padre every summer for our daughter's cheer competition. In the past, we've stayed at condos actually on the strip in Padre. This year, we decided to rent a house, so we could have our own pool and more space for the family. This was a wonderful choice, as even WITH traffic, we could make it to anywhere in Padre within 15-30 mins. There was only one weekend night that took a little longer. House was immaculate and well-appointed. The property manager I had contact with during our stay was more than accomodating, and acted quickly when contacted. Will definitely stay here again. Kiddos loved the bunk beds in one of the guest rooms. The only thing we'd suggest is possibly getting a service to spray the outside of the property for mosquitos. They were really bad...think that's been an issue nationwide this year though.

I had a pleasant stay. The property was super clean and spacious, quite and enjoyable neighborhood for a family environment. I would definitely inquire this home again, if possible.

This property was perfect for my wife and I. Within 20 min to SPI and the beach. When we weren’t quite ready for the drive and crowds, the pool was perfect! Huge TVs in every room. Everything very clean. Kitchen very nicely stocked. Overall an excellent stay and we will be back!

The house was clean and in great shape. We were in the perfect location; it was quiet but close enough to everything so travel time to the beach and activities was minimal. We will definitely be going back!!!

House was very clean and well equipped. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Swimming pool was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent time swimming, cooking and playing games at this comfortable home away from home. We needed an escape from Austin and this property definitely did the trick. The pool backs up to a little water and then a golf course so it feels very relaxing.

Cozy, Clean & Comfortable. Pool was the highlight of family activity there. Binder filled with reminders, restaurants, grocery stores, inventory & places to visit. Located in safe & family neighborhood. There is a small pond located behind the house and we were able to see birds, butterflies, sea gulls, herrings & dragonflies. Respectfully recommend checking palm leaves for wasp nests. Everyone enjoyed the family getaway.

The home had everything we needed including a variety of beach toys. It was a quick drive to the beach and far enough away from the business. Would definitely recommend!!

Great property for my family of 5. Close enough to be a short drive to the beach and the island but far enough to have peace and quiet. Property was clean and well stocked with the basics. The pool and hot tub where a definite hit with the family! Will be booking this location again!!!

The house is in a beautiful private neighborhood. It was very clean and spacious. There was a bad spell in the back yard, not sure if it was the lagoon or something else, but it was constant during the entire stay. The hot tub and pool where fantastic. The back yard lagoon had some type of biting insect at all hours of the day. The adjacent yard had a dog in it that barked each time we went out, but did quite down. The dining rm chairs are made for children, yes I'm a large person, but i fit into other chairs just fine. The master bed was so high I had a hard time climbing in and out. I am 6 foot tall. and my feet dangled a good 1-2 feet off the floor. I also have arthritis that was aggravated everytime I had to climb in and out of bed. The water pressure was poor. The soap and shampoo in the showers was a nice touch.The master shower was amazing in size and appearance, and the closets were spacious. The tvs were awesome. Although the roku, netflicks, etc never worked in the living rm. The kitchen was wonderful. The living rm lacked adequate seating, an extra chair or recliner would have been beneficial. The bbq was rusted. Plenty of beach chairs, water floats, and toys. The distance to and from SPI was good, being off season there was not a lot of traffic. I would not stay at this property again. The cost of the rental was way too much to have this many issues. One should get what they pay for, I paid a lot but don't feel I got my moneys worth.

My husband and I came here for our 10 year anniversary and his birthday an I have to say this rental was beyond our expectations. The house had all of the amenities as described and small comforts of home so much so that it made it hard for us to leave and sightsee the South Padre area. We will definitely be coming back for a mental “tuneup” and would highly recommend this home for any family (7 or less ppl) , couples special occasion or just a well needed getaway.❤️

The pool and hot tub were a big plus and kept our crew occupied. Outdoor shower is a nice feature for rinsing off after the beach or a swim. The Master is a very roomy retreat. Struggled with the kitchen a bit, but we were also trying to feed seven people, so that was challenging enough. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would book again with a slightly smaller group. Our property manager was very nice and accomodating.

My husband and I decided to rent this property for the weekend to bring our 13 and 16 year old sons to the beach and the boys LOVED IT!! We all loved the property, the area, the neighbors, the backyard view. THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL GET. It was very peaceful. We did not have to contact property manager at all because everything was detailed in a book on the table. The property manager is great, he sent us emails about codes and everything before we even began our trip. WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE AND WE CAN NOT WAIT TO RETURN. OUR FAMILY SUGGESTS THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE RELAXING VACATION.

Beautiful, clean and plenty of space! The pool was the highlight for my kids. We usually stay on the island when we vacation in the area so staying in this area was different of course because you have to drive a little, but the beach and stores are not far. Loved feeling the comfort of home but still able to have fun! Overall great stay!

This property was the perfect place for our family of grandparents, parents and grandkids! Location was quiet and out of the way, yet close enough to South Padre beaches, water park, and tourist activities for everyone to enjoy! Pool area was amazing! Kids loved it, but the salt water soak was therapeutic for grandma and grandpa too! Watching and identifying the various Texas waterfowl from poolside (owner has bird book to help spot the different species) was a blessing too! Sitting out by the pool with my cup of coffee as the sun came up and watching the birds was one of my favorite times! This home was roomy, comfortable, and relaxing with every ammenity you would want!
