The location was excellent as it was close to the main street areas i.e. shops, pubs, restaurants and stores were all in walking distance. The staff at the reception were also friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was very pricey (€300 for 2 nights) for the amenities it offers. Toilet still had pee stains when we checked in. No parking space facilities for your car. Amnis only offers a discounted ticket from St. Finnbar Q-park (5-min walk) for 1 day. Therefore, you'd have to pay for the normal rate for the rest of your stay if you are staying for more than 1 night which is expensive. There was no TV, air conditioning or even a kettle area in the room.

Excellent location. The room was really clean. The shower was amazing. The bed was big enough for two people and the blinds for the windows were good. All in all a really nice way to spend some days in Cork.

Not enough toilet paper. No bin in the bathroom.

Perfect location easy to locate and only a 5 min walk to bars and restaurants.

Get lift fixed

There is almost no better localisation if one is interested in Cork University College. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. I had some problems with luggage, keys, and boarding card. Thanks to the team, all of them were fixed at once. The room is well furnished for work (big table); the bed is comfortable, and the shower cabin is spacious.

Be aware that it is primarily a student place. The room might be a bit cleaner. There are no cosmetics provided and not enough coat-hangers in the wardrobe.

Facilities were very good; when we reported the shower not draining properly it was resolved same day.

Lift was broken, tv didn’t work in the lounge, lock on room C1.1c didn’t lock automatically when we went out.

The location was excellent and having cooking facilities helped keep the costs down. The room was quite luxurious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful.

The kitchen/lounge area could've been a little cleaner

Nice accommodation. Great for a night stay in Cork City. It was so close to the City which was ideal for a night out. The check in was simple and the receptionists were very nice. Would definitely come back here again.

bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress kept sinking down , woke up with a sore back! No bin or toiletries in the room.

The room was very nice and comfy, the kitchen was huge and had great appliances and spectacular veiw of the city and river lee with the huge windows overlooking the city.
