Simplemente como observación, el hotel no tiene ascensor. Pero nos avisaron e incluso nos ofrecieron cambiar nuestra habitación a otra planta más baja.

Location was about the only thing good about this room.

The size of this room was ridiculous. We could barely walk around the bed. The toilet is literally in the bedroom with no door and you cannot even move in the shower, it was a joke. I dont even know how this is passable to actually rent out as a room. The stairs to bring your suitcase up it literally 500mm wide and windy, if you have suitcases stay elsewhere, you can barely get up the stairs with a backpack.

All great, easy entrance with codes and had good big lockers for early arrival and last day.

A few more pillows would make it perfect.

The 3-4 people room is great. Great for our needs in a very central location near Marais, very close to everything, a few mins from Metro. Also a very safe area, very walkable at anytime without worry. Great restaurants, cafes, shops are just at the corner!!!

Only shame for me is there is no elevator. My room is at floor 1 so it was still manageable.

The hotel is in a great location in Le Marais. Tons of great restaurants in walking distance as well as metro/bus stops nearby. It was very quiet at night and the electronic check-in/key system was perfect and easy to do.

The room is tightly packed. My suitcase had to be by the door to fit but otherwise had a comfortable bed. The shower and toilet are on either side behind the bed, although the toilet has no door. It's worth noting that there is no lift and very narrow stairs so keep that in mind if you have accessibility concerns/bad knees or large luggage!

Booked at the last minute, booking made and access codes delivered within a matter of moments. Very clean, central location, comfortable beds. Good value for money (by Paris standards).

The property is down a side street, by day it's perfect but at night it is ill lit and doesn't feel that safe. (We had a bad experience in the metro the previous day so admittedly we might have been a little paranoid). The premises are not big, but nowhere in Paris is. Access to the upper floors is by a very tight 'spiral' staircase. Just be careful if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues

The location is fantastic. The room was clean, towels and bed linens of nice quality. Also it has a nice system of lockers were you can leave your luggage on arrival or on the day of departure which is convenient.

The rooms are very small, ours had a window in a 1x1m courtyard. The pictures on the site are much nicer than what you get. The toilet and the shower/lavabo are in the room, so no privacy in the toilets. For me the worst was the smell of piss in the stairs (not in our room) which remained the 4 days of our stay and even after mentioning to the cleaning lady that we met.

Clean room and common premises. Great luggage storage (luggage can be stored before checkin and after checkout). Super location, a short walk to Notre Damme and Louvre, metro is very close. Prompt communication with the staff.

great location in the 3rd which is where we wanted to be to see sights and be in a nice neighborhood. The room was well designed to maximize the space (always at a premium in Paris). despite being in the hub of the action the room was quiet. the bed was comfortable.

it wasn’t a big problem for us but it’s worth noting there is no elevator and the stairs are very tight so I was pleased we had small luggage being on the 5th floor. good for burning off croissants! others have mentioned it, the toilet not having a door means you need to be comfortable with whoever you are sharing a room with or work out a ‘system’

Ornella was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too big an ask. The location is fantastic, everything is within walking distance. The room was perfect for a few nights stay, very clean and tidy. The shower was brilliant.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was clean. There was a basement area with coffee, water, pastries and lockers to store luggage which was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. We were also able to check in significantly earlier than advertised which was brilliant. We would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was great, however there were a couple of things which could use improvement. The toilet and shower were towards the back of our room with only a partial wall to conceal them (no door/curtain/real privacy), which would be problematic should you be with someone you're not totally comfortable with. Also the safe was not accessible. Due to the location of our room there was no real natural light/breeze leading to some condensation in the mornings although there is a fan in the room which resolved this quickly.

Misleading on your site steep stairs tiny room. Dangerous old stairs impossible to carry stairs nobody on site at 8.00pm. Toilet behind bed. Checked out after one night claiming refund on two nights. Disgraceful horrible

Our stay was outstanding! The hotel is in a great location. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and always available. Aesthetically very beautiful and minimal. We recommend Hotel So Marais to future travelers and hope to return again some day soon.

The location is incredible - central Marais. The cleaner (the only staff at the hotel) is very friendly and nice. The hot drinks and snacks downstairs are a good idea.

The staffless element is a bit of a shame, but I understand they're trying to save money. No welcome, no personal touch (though the cleaner was around a lot and is lovely). The room was SO small I actually couldn't open my suitcase properly and there is NO bathroom! The toilet is in a corner with no door and the shower and sink are crammed into the room. View of a wall, no natural light. Look, it was fine. Comfy bed, nice location. Fine.
