Great location and was very clean

Having to bring my own linen and making the beds. Also would’ve been good to have a bbq on the balcony

The agent was attentive to our requests and the property was relatively convenient.

First we were welcomed with a crawling guest in the bathroom and saw few other little ones here and there, surfaces were dusty, need to be wiped properly, every thing else was not bad clean but not really clean, what a waste for such property with considerable potential. Oven was not working until the agent sent someone to fix. We arrived after 7:30pm, thinking we can have a quick dinner cooked in the oven but wasn’t possible because the oven wasn’t working and it was too late to find dinner I the surrounding restaurants as most of them ha last order by 8pm. The door takes a while to close properly which is not the best. As I said, minor bits here and there can uplift the experience and raise the rating of this property.

very comfortable and suited us with four adults and a baby. we’ll equip and close to beaches walks playground pool and shopping strip it was quieter than previous properties we have used in Forster as well plenty of off street parking

there was no lift so be prepared for stairs if you’re an older person

upstairs neighbours were very loud and didn’t include bathroom mats

Fantastic location in a quiet area, very close to the beach and coastal walks. Cafes and eateries within walking distance, and very easy access to Forster area. Plenty of free parking on the street.

Would benefit greatly from better lighting, internet access and air conditioning.

The location of this property is fantastic - right across the road from Pebbly beach, easy walk to everywhere and nice comfy furniture. Also the big spa is lovely.

The cleanliness was terrible - there were dirty nappies in the bin in the bathroom and everything had just been wiped over and not really cleaned. The apartment and furniture also smelt quite strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Also, most holiday rentals have at least a few items to use, such as cling wrap, salt pepper, dishwashing detergent etc - there wasn't anything at all, although the real estate provided a roll of toilet paper and a couple of small sample size teabags etc.

8.0 Very good Liked · Its a gem of a place. Like a secret fishing spot, its central to everything. Almost walking distance to many ammenities and main town. Love the location and sleeping to the waves and waking up to sunshine. The fans on each room were a necessity and glad they were there with an extra fan inside the spare room. Well equiped kitchen all working and nice warm shower.

Disliked · *Minor things of improvements; -Have a mop/bucket at the house so we are able to cleanup kitchen which can get sticky quickly. -Have windows installed at bathroom/toilet, as it creates condition for cockroaches lurking inside there. Perhaps do a scheduled pest control instead to offset this issue. -Have another fan on standby in addition to the already existing one. *Otherwise an 8/10, great place and location. Were in love with Forster and the location of accomodation had alot to do and influence that.
