There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room because I just noticed that the window is not closed behind the curtains.

the house is very clean and comfortable, it is very suitable for a family holiday because each room is equipped with facilities and the bed is also very comfortable. It is also easy to find food because there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

windows faced into a multi-story car park. It wasn’t particularly busy so we weren’t disturbed by comings and goings

Have parking accessibility which is perfect for us! Very near to our room and don't need to walk so far away. Great wifi connection, a lot of beds which is perfect for a family of 4-5 people. Appreciate the kitchen with tools and cutleries. Very clean toilet and overall hygiene almost perfect!

During night time, there are noises from outside and inside of the building. Can hear furniture moving upstairs and people talking outside. If you are a light sleeper, you might need ear plugs.

I chose the place for the location. Close to the old town which was just behind. And close to the new eateries n facilities of Times Sq. U could even fulfill ur exercise routine as the Marina area is so close by. Run towards the town council building n hv a fabulous beach sunset! The apt is clean and comfortable. And in the perfect locale.

I like the location is in Times Square. We can just walk to nearby cafes and restaurant. Loved that we had access to free parking. The apartment has about 2 extra sofa beds at the living room, excellent wifi services!

It was complicated at first to scan the access card for parking. Without malaysia phone line it would be hard to contact the management when first arrived. But after sometime we get used to the steps and instructions.

Our apartment come with a room and a small room alike area for a other bed. Good for family of 3 to 4. Clean place, free parking at strategic area. Did not use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. They even include a first add kit which we seldom see in apartment

Hoped they have convenient body shampoo and hair shampoo dispenser instead of small packet hair and body shampoo. Bed can be less hard.

It was sparkling clean when we arrived. The owner is very quick to respond to every query that I ask her during our stay. It is very strategic and near to places that we need to be. Free parking and the parking lot allocated for our vehicle is covered and secured.

The location is great. The ice cream parlor, beverages stall, bakery, restaurants are nearby - western , malaysian cuisine as well as pharmacy, laundry hub are just around the corner. You can find other places to eat nearby as well just few minutes away either bu car or by foot. The access to the property is a no hassle and rest assured on the safety of the place. It is a self check-in/check-out access. If you drive, no need to worry about where to park your car because you have your own parking space. The parking area is the same level as the apartment which is very convenience. our apartment is spacious (mine is for a family of 2 adults and 2 children) and very comfortable. And not to forget, the host, Ms Paya was very hospitable during our stay. She was reliable and instantly respond to your concerns. Looking forward to stay here again.

The pillows is not enough for us because, personally for me, I need 2 pillows for a better sleep. Parking area at the level 1 always full especially during day time. Get a new one for cleaning material such as broom and dustpan was broken. Certain ceiling light not function very well at toilet, bleeping when switch on. Need to change
