The property was nice, cleanly and updated. Plenty of refrigerator room, nice dock for plenty of boats and comfortable beds to sleep in. Great experience had by all.

Great property! The owner and property manager were both very responsive to a few questions/concerns that we had. The beds were very comfy. Weeds around the steps/firepit were a bit overgrown and housed a smelly black & white critter that hisses at folks as you pass by but it didn't deter us from the amazing dock! In our opinion the best part of the whole place. So many wonderful memories made. We will be returning to Norris next yr!

We stayed at Serenity Now 6/18-6/25/2022. The home was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/cookware/utensils (Keurig made me happy too :), ample sleeping space for our entire party! We were a little bit confused about the lower level bedrooms and how to access them, but we got that figured out in short order! Overall, great location on the lake - we had a great time and would stay again/recommend to friends! Thank you!

We had a really great time. The house is very nice. It does have a TON of stairs, in the house and to get to the lake. Some are very steep. The beds were all very hard and the 2nd floor king bedroom had a tv but isn’t connected to anything so you can’t watch it. In all we had a good time and the lake is beautiful!

This is a fantastic property. tons of room to spread out. ages ranging from 3 to 94 lovely experience had by all. so much fun. I highly recommend renting a boat from Sugar Hollow Marina. thank you

Beautiful home, very clean and spacious. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Owner was quick to reply to messages. Great experience.

We had an amazing time at the lake! Sara made our stay stress free by having everything laid out and organized in terms of check in and check out!

We had an amazing time at Serenity Now. The house was well equipped and very spacious. Obviously, the superstar feature is the lake and location. Warm, beautiful water, the slide, the dock, it was simply perfect. Highly recommend vacationing at Norris Lake and Serenity Now was a perfect home base. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our family enjoyed the location but be aware it is called ‘Party Cove’ by the locals. The cove was a high traffic area and some of the neighbors can be loud partying and shooting off fireworks, but the house is great because we (especially the sleeping baby/kids) couldn’t hear anything inside. The rental is showing wear and tear. There were cobwebs, moldy shower curtains, stained/torn towels, toilet paper holders falling off the wall, the foosball table was broken, most the games had missing the pieces, and the Xbox in the loft didn’t have any games. The loft and 2nd floor stayed very hot during the visit while the basement was freezing and needed extra blankets. Individuals who stay in the bunk bedroom upstairs should be aware there are no closet or dresser to unpack clothes. We did enjoy having two refrigerators to keep ice and food. The Blackstone grill was amazing! We frequently cooked breakfast and dinner outside. We also enjoyed trash pickup was done frequently. The double decker dock was a huge hit with kids. They enjoyed jumping and sliding. One thing to consider is the top dock and pool do not offer any shaded areas, so you may consider bringing some umbrellas to get a break from the sun. We reported two issues during our stay. The lock from the lake into the house stopped working. The different code provided didn’t work and no one showed up to fix it. The second issue was the fire alarms going off throughout the house. The fire alarm in the basement appeared to be the issue due to a leak in the ceiling. We disconnected the detector to stop the alarms and reported it, but again no one showed up to make any repairs while we were there.

This property is clean, well stocked, and well taken care of. We had 17 people and plenty of room to have our own space, yet, be gathered in the great room area all together. We used the 2 large, outside grills, one being a Blackstone grill, several times to make large meals. There are 2 refrigerators to accommodate all the food. The dock was awesome with both sun and shade areas. We spent a lot of time floating in the water by our dock. The area has a nice, friendly vibe with all the neighboring houses. We had a fantastic vacation. The only thing we would change is a few more bath towels.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Now. The house and dock were beautiful. I would agree with some previous reviews that the A/C is a problem, especially in the Retreat rooms. We kept the main room curtains closed all day and still struggled to get the house below 75 degrees- and it was 80 in the Retreat. We did have a good experience with Kim the property manager- she was helpful at the start of the week with a dishwasher issue. Thanks for an overall great week!

Loved the lake, loved your house, loved everything you supplied in the house - we hope to be return visitors.

Overall it was an excellent place for the 15 of us to stay. The house was large enough that you didn't constantly feel on top of each other. The deck was our main hang out area and everyone loved the slide and jumping off the dock. The only area we wished was a little more conducive for people to all sit comfortably was the fire pit area.

Every room was clean and the hot tub was cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use upon arrival. Beautiful view of the lake and a lovely double decker dock with a slide! We visited in early April so we weren't able to enjoy the lake as much as we wanted (due to weather), but we were able fish and enjoy the family on dock!All in all, this home is definitely worth 5 stars and made my family and I very comfortable. We'll definitely stay again (during the summer )

Serenity Now met all our needs! The property was clean and found as listed. The decks and dock were perfect to relax and enjoy the scenery. Location was great to hang out in rafts and enjoy the water. Sara was extremely responsive to all emails and very easy to work with. Stairs were a great workout! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Owners were responsive to any question we had. Will look to stay there again.

Nice house. We had some issues with the a/c unit but the property manager Kim was great. She got things fixed.
