Very nice host, great view, well equipped kitchen. Much nicer place than Ancona itself.

There was a party place close by so pretty loud at night.

Matteo was extremely kind and helpful. He took care about our stay long time before our arrival to be sure that everything will be fine.

The apartment is so good.

There's a pub nearby. The sound of music creates a hamper in sleep but its a minor issue

Everything was in its place, exactly where one expects it. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness is another name for this apartment. Little things and pictures make the apartment irresistible. The host Matteo was extremely accommodating, as if you ran into an old friend you haven't seen in a long time.

These are not complaints but suggestions.. the shower cabin could be more comfortable if it were partitioned with glass on one side only. Two keys would also come in handy when there are 4 or more people.

Matteo, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful. He gave us a complimentary bottle of very good wine along with biscuits etc. The third floor apartment looked out directly over the sea and had a lovely view to the headland. It was all very comfortable and decorated with attractive pictures. Car parking was in a secure place close to the entrance and the lift was efficient and took us straight up to the door of the apartment. The highlights of our holiday were our visits to Loreto and the Grotte di Frasassi.

It was a bit tricky lighting the gas hob. It needed a new gas lighter or a box of matches and we missed an electric kettle as being English we like to make cups of tea!

Great location. Fabulous deck with the great view on the see and Mountain!!! Resteurant and store just downstairs. Very nice and helpful host.

No heating but that waa no problem.

The view of the apartment was amazing. It was perfectly located in front of the sea with a cozy balcony. The size was easily comfortable for more than two persons. The free parking on the premises was a plus. The host was friendly and helpful. Apart from some minor things, we would recommend it!

The warm water was running out really fast for two people to shower. There wasn't dish or hand soap. There were some silverfishes walking around the apartment.
