Mary was a wonderful host. Our kids loved interacting with the animals and having a warm fire to come home at night to. It is a beautiful property! In the fresh made bread on arrival made it even more special.

The accommodation is a great size. The kitchen is fantastic. The beds and bedding are of great quality. The views of the surrounding area are great. The owners, Mary and Ney are very friendly and were happy to explain about their property. They did make us feel very welcome. The property is located very near to the center of Balingup. It is only a short walk. We look forward to come back.

The property is in a perfect and peaceful location but still only two minutes drive from Balingup. The owners are lovely and the sheep, goats, chickens and ducks very friendly. Perfect getaway. Judy and Richard Harrison

We enjoyed our short stay to visit family in the area. A lovely peaceful location, well maintained property and great service from the hosts.

For us, the cottage was ideal. A simple but pleasant construction, especially on the inside. Lovely setting and convenient location. Our hosts were friendly and made extra effort to welcome us and make our stay pleasant. My only critical comment is that the Stayz app did not work well. I would have expected to be able to obtain the key lock code from the app. Also, the 'directions' link to Google maps gave an entirely false suggestion of how to get to Birdwood Park Estate. It would also help if our hosts could place a sign just across the bridge pointing to their location.

Loved our night in Balingup. The cottage was very clean, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Everything was so easy and smooth. Eggs from resident chickens and home grown fruit were waiting for us. Oh and did I mention there was warm, home baked bread handed to us on arrival!!! Thank you

We loved our return visit to the lovely Birdwood Park Estate Farm Stay. Mary and Nye warmly welcomed us back to their property, greeting us with freshly baked bread which was absolutely delicious. The farm house was yet again beautifully clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The thoughtful touches of the hot water bottles and electric blankets were appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. Thanks again for having us.

We had a fantastic stay & the dogs loved it too. Such a great place to relax & go for some beautiful picturesque walks. The place was lovely & clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The freshly baked bread was a real treat and the potbelly fire keep the whole place lovely & warm. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay.

Clean and quaint barn cottage furnished with lovely vintage furniture. Cereals, milk, fruit bowl and freshly baked home made bread were provided. Reverse cycle air con and a woodfire pot belly heater keep you warm in winter. The linen is fresh and crisp. Rolling hills outside the back windows and the town of Balingup is only a short walk. Great stay!

My girls and I really enjoyed staying here it had lovely clean warm bedding and a cozy fire. A really relaxing place to stay we would definitely come again 😎

Your a great baker too Mary, the homemade hot cross buns and jam were a huge hit - thank you. The kids adored the ducks, chickens and having the freedom to explore. The farm house was so clean and provided us with everything we needed. We loved the pot belly of the evening, along with the hot water bottles Mary provided us for the kids. The suggested walk you gave us was such a lovely way to end our long weekend. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you again for having us.
