The place was great. We have stayed in the area before and this condo was our best stay. Clean, very spacious for 5 adults never felt over crowded. Also the kitchen was very well stocked with essentials for preparing food which was nice not to eat out the whole stay. Our only disappointment with our stay was the deck & pool area were closed but the management company was very accommodating. The area is great close to anytime you need. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We loved the location and the fireworks were spectacular! We plan to stay at the condo again

The property was very dated. The carpets were wirn, stained and frayed. It needs painted badly. The doors of the the closets were barely hanging on. If a lamp (and thats a big if) had a light bulb in it, it didn't work. The kitchen light didn't work. The bed spreads were old and almost thread bare. Lastly, the property was left dirty in dome areas when we arrived. The bedroom sink still had toothpaste in it and a drop of blood on the sink. The bathroom shower had the previous renters soap and shampoo and sand left in there. There was hair an soap scum on the walls. The bathroom floor had hair in it and looked like it had not been mopped in months. Our clean sheets had sand on top of them from the dirty bedspread that was put on top of them. We received a text asking how the property was that day, and I texted back with these details, but received no response grom management. It deserves one star, but I gave it 2 for the view and proximity to the beach.

Nice place to stay and very relaxing

It was a girl’s trip for 3 women in our family. Loved the location, the security of the building, pool and room. The unit was dated with worn carpet and furniture but we were usually out and about and you couldn’t ask for a better view of sun coming up, location and view of ocean. Terrific time!

I will definitely rent this again.

Found the property fine for our family. The property is a little outdated but seems the whole complex is that way. We may have picked the wrong time to go because the town was very crowded with so many people and so many golf carts running around. View was wonderful. Only issues with this property is the one car parking and the xplore tickets. You only have one free ticket to the amusements advertised so others in party have to pay. Garden City has changed from the times I was there. Fireworks are allowed and are not controlled by police at all times of the night. Stay was ok during the day but sketchy at night with the booms going off waking you up. Honestly , I probably won't be staying on Garden City for a while, not because of building but the atmosphere within the city.

The property and view was great. We had 2 vehicles so that was a pain. Also, the wiring/lighting was weird. Overall great experience.

Facility was clean and comfortable. I would recommend for family stays. Lots of room for all of our supplies. Will definitely return!

This property was very accommodating

We absolutely loved our trip and although the condo was dates it was pretty cozy and very spacious! The fact it’s literally on the beach was the best part and with little kids that made it so easy if we needed to go up or in for any reasons.

The renting process was very simple and easy.

Nice location in the beachfront, and a few minute drive to pretty much anything you’d want or need. Condo is Cute, a little dated but absolutely fine at this price point.

The location was perfect. We came for my husband’s 60th birthday and to get away before he resumes chemo for lung cancer. The area wasn’t overly crowded. The beach was easily accessible. Our 2 grandchildren were with us and had a blast. My only recommendation would be an upgrade on the AC. Never got below 76, and there wasn’t a lot lightning. The condo could use some updates but it fit 5 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. We all had a great time. Being able to open the balcony door and see and hear the ocean made everything perfect.

This property has many good qualities. The location is perfect! You can’t get any closer to the beach. Going to and from the beach is easy and fast. There is plenty of room for your family and the building is safe. This particular unit is in need of some updating and organizing. It was clean and comfortable, by I would suggest updates like taking out carpet in the bedrooms and replacing the furniture on the balcony. The kitchen is in need of some organization. There are a lot of mismatched utensils and dishes that make it hard to find what you’re looking for. Some minor updates would make this unit even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at this 3 bedroom condo 10/3 through 10/8. I was accompanied by two elderly women. We found that the condo was very handicap accessible. The condo was large, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The condo could use a deep cleaning of the carpet, doorways, walls etc... An update, including painting, is in order too. The doors all stick..not sure if this can be resolved because of the high humidity. The beach was lovely. We had no problems parking though it is probably an issue in the high season. This was an ideal location for us and in general we were quite pleased.

I have stayed with ITrip several times and was always very happy. The condo this year was very clean and excellent. Although, the maintenance repair people were not responsive and did not fix a problem after two visits to the condo. The problem was that the freezer did not work all week and we lost around $100 of frozen food. Obviously, that part Im not happy about.

The condo was gorgeous! Had everything we needed there! It was clean and we very much enjoyed our time there! The staff at the rental office was super friendly and very accommodating.

This was the worst summer rental my family has ever used. The building is old and smelly. This building is a block or so away from the biggest mobile home park I have ever seen. There are very few parking spots for renters. The best spots are for owners only. Trash had to be carried to a dumpster that was over filled already with a mountain of stinking trash. The “pool” is the size of a hot tub. The building was nothing like advertised. The condo was dirty, musty and stained everywhere. The microwave didn’t work and wasn’t fixed. The place was not dog friendly like advertised. There was no safe in the condo to store valuables. When we asked for a safe for the room, the manager replied that there are no maids and no one will have access to the condo we were renting. We were assured that our valuables would be safe in our condo. The first time my whole family left the condo, the manager and others entered our condo for an “emergency”. When we came back to the condo, we were missing cash and jewelry. When we reported it to the police, the manager threatened to enact something called the “Innkeepers Law”. Apparently in S.C. a family can be evicted from a summer rental for no reason, and then you must sue for the thousands of dollars that you prepaid to the stay there. Maybe owners are more pleased with this place. They were treated welcomingly by the security guards and other owners. The owners are very rude and condescending to the people renting. The manager demanded entry with no warning several times, including 2AM in the morning, the reason was “it’s my right”. We were bullied, threatened, and when we wouldn’t let the manager into our condo at 2AM in the morning, we were evicted between 2AM to 3AM in the middle of the week. This condo, building and the people working and staying there, are not as advertised. This was the worst vacation rental that we have ever used.
