Fantastic hosts. We appreciate the additional information on local places to visit during our stay. The house is exactly what you see in the photos. Very impressive

The house is located about 800 m from the main shopping strip in Margaret River and is comfortably appointed for a short stay. The hosts provided good tips on our stay and communicated by message. The balconies were a nice feature that we did not use as it was winter but would be excellent for the warmer months.

Beautiful property, very comfortable. Having the two living areas was great. Would stay here again just longer! 10 / 10

2 mums and 3 teenagers had an extra long weekend. Accommodation was well thought out out. Easy walk into town for morning coffee, shopping or evening meal. If walking home after dark we did need to use our torches on phones which teenagers thought was great!!! If your kids/teenagers are 165cm tall we learnt this was the last time theyll agree to bunk beds. The 2 boys in particular needed more room. Thanks for having us Margaret River. Hope to be back soon

Location is ideal, the surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful. The property has everything you need along with little extras. Had the most amazing relaxing time with my girlfriends and can’t wait to come back ❤️

The property is neat and comfortable with all required amenities available. We also love the location, near town yet near lovely walking trails. The hosts were easy to deal with.

Roomy,well catered holiday place. Would recommend it to others. Just one comment. A mirror down stairs would be great. 3 ladies staying and mirror only upstairs 😊

An excellently presented home in a peaceful location but only minutes from the centre of town. Spotlessly clean with high quality fixtures and fittings the house is thoughtfully designed and decorated. Communication with the owners is prompt and efficient. Very highly recommended.

Excellent property, well presented and maintained, super bedrooms, kitchen and a great BBQ deck. Fantastic location - quiet, unobtrusive on-site management, an easy walk into town via bushwalks or down a couple of streets. An excellent base for the town, and the region. Altogether a perfect spot for a relaxing break in Margaret River.

The property was excellent all round! The only suggestion I’d give would be to put extension cords behind the master bedroom bed

Sundowners is a very nice chalet that is nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you might need for a short stay. My family and I had a great time! I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Sundowners. We are three mature ladies on a weeks holiday to visit the Margaret River open studios. The house is well appointed, comfortable and was like a home away from home with plenty of space for us all. It is only a short walk into town but set amongst trees and close to the river and the bush. Watching the birds from the deck and the balcony after we relaxed after our day of exploring became a regular pleasure. It is a perfect mix of convenience and tranquility. We would not hesitate to come and stay there again and highly recommend it as a place to stay in Margaret River.

Lovely spot, in a kind of village almost, in the bush and next to a caravan park, on a road straight from the CBD of Margaret River. So close to shops and all the action. Place is really lovely, has everything you need, a great kitchen, has an upstairs living area as well so two groups can have some space or watch different shows. Very comfortable and homely, beds great, two bathrooms, good toilet and laundry facilities downstairs. a Nice little sitting area too off of the kitchen, and parking out the front. If I was to say there were any issues with the place - I couldn't find any, it was really that good

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very clean. We were very comfortable. (Just 2 things: pot-holes at the entrance of the road into the area and Batteries for remote control need to be replaced)
