La ubicación, la decoración y que hubiese infusiones, café y agua gratis, además de juegos de mesa y libros. El sistema de apertura de puertas.

Por decir algo, que una de las puertas del armarito donde se guarda parte del menaje no se cerraba bien.

Great, quiet location across a street from the old town

The location was fabulous and while close to everything, it was quiet. The apartment was well appointed with enough to cook a meal. Full size fridge. The offer of wines, beers and soft drinks to purchase is a great idea. The host was very quick and clear with all responses. Extremely friendly and helpful. Supermarket is a very short stroll away, as well as bars and restaurants. Loved the balcony to sit on.

Nothing really. But I can see the electronic key system, via your own phone could be a big issue for some. When we first arrived in Spain, a month before it took us a couple days to get our phones working. If I had just flown into this apartment, not sure what back up they have. Also can seriously see this also an issue with older people. But we managed.

A super amazing apartment. It is this kind of apartment that includes everything and makes you lazy to go out from the house. It is spacious, super clean and tidy. Some of the drinks are included in the price you pay, some others are offered for extra money but in logical prices. The bed, the chairs and the sofa are all really comfortable, from the first moment I stepped in the apartment I felt like home. The host is a great person, I could reach her any moment that I needed to ask something. There are not even keys for the place, everything is working based on new technology features, the place is really modern. The instructions for logging in were clear-cut, there was no space left for explaining anything further about it.

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was great and I would love to repeat my stay in this apartment.

This is a very well appointed modern one bed apartment. The location is very central with the playa de mayor only 5-10 min away. Entry via a remote link on mobile phone (no keys!!). Very clean and well appointed and landlords at the ready to help. Thoroughly recommended.

Not much really… would happily come back. Even parking was easily solved as underground parking was available across the street…

Everything is very nice!

The place was greatly located. Victoria, the host, was very attentive though Whatsapp and even gave restaurant and food recommendations that were phenomenal and applicable to all budgets. It was tastefully decorated with all the necessary supplies available. Additionally, they provided extras, such as drinks, which could be later charged. It was a magnificent stay that I very much recommend.

Second time we stayed at the property and will do so again. Very well kept property, clean and comfortable. Super easy to get access to the property, no waiting to get keys. Good location with good parking options.

I appreciated very much the fact that I could check-in earlier than the stated time. Thank you addressed to Blanca for this, who also helped me with the laundry. She was patient and of great help. As for the flat itself, I stayed in flat A2 instead of A1 due to repainting in the latter. A2 flat did not have a private, inner terrasse, but it was very modern and super well equipped. Quiet location despite being along the street, which is not a high traffic one. Communication before arrival and on site was rather good with Vittoria, the owner.

The only reason why I am not putting the perfect mark is due to the fact that I was not informed before arrival that the flat I had booked was not available for reason of repainting work. I know I was provided with another, similar flat, but I am convinced that I should have been informed beforehand. I work in tourism with customers and this is the rule, because ultimately and legally the customers could refuse the new offer and ask for a full refund.

unusual lock system .. phone operated door locks so make sure you have a well charged phone.. great once we got used to it and felt very secure.

Even if we never physically met Victoria, the host, she was extremely nice, asking several times if we needed anything and if everything was ok. She also setup a baby crib for us in the room without any extra charge (we did not even ask for it, she proactively asked if we needed it when we mentioned we were bringing a baby). The location is very close to the center while still allowing on street parking. The flat has all the furnishings required, is confortable and clean.

The on street parking at the location is NOT free. It is paid Monday to Saturday and there's a limit on how long you can leave the car (5 hours I believe). The host provided us with some locations for free parking but in the end we managed to leave the car most days at the "Calle Radio" free parking which is about 15min walking distance away.

Large apartment, very comfortable and well decorated, in a perfect location!

A great apartment situated in an excellent location on a quiet single lane road. The apartment is very well furnished, modern with all the equipment necessary for a short stay. Beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. Our host Victoria was easy to contact and extremely helpful with her knowledge of Salamanca. We enjoyed three memorable nights in the city and we definitely highly recommend this apartment.

If you're cooking a meal the utensils are a bit limited (but there's everything you need for simple self-catering).

Spacious, clean and a perfect location. Nice contact with the host Victoria. Full equipes kitchen. And...a dishwasher!! Bathroom, especially shower was great. Parking in front or surrounding.

Very modern and comfortable apartment. I loved the system of entering the apartment. Location was near markets as well as the main tourist areas.

I like everything in this place: location, facilities, confort, cleanliness, etc. We have stayed here already two times and will almost surely stay again in the future. We forgot to request a baby crib in advance but the owner did not hesitate to install one in the apartment on a sunday at 20.00.
