City skyline CBD Clean Staff very helpful and friendly

Very basic supplies and rudimentary kitchen fitout

Comfortable, neat and tidy room. Great location with close proximity to all Adelaide has to offer.

The bed wasn’t secure, it kept rolling away from the headboard. my partner and I found this quite annoying when we wanted to sit up and read or watch tv.

Location was fine a bit of a walk to the city but a quiet location. Restaurant food was good. Having an IGA store next door was a bonus. Chinatown was close by and a few restaurants and pubs were in walking distance

A bit more in house information would of been helpful to use the Foxtel and dishwasher etc. Daily housekeeping was a bit poor to detail.

incompetent hotel management, air conditioning does not cool the apartment. apartment was dirty and not cleaned properly. on arrival All surfaces in the room were dirty and smeared looks like they are never cleaned outdoor balcony dirty with hairs our apartment was right next to the indoor rubbish chute which absolutely smelled, very bad odour in the building washing machine flooded our apartment, looks like it happens frequently as you could see the flooring had a lot of water damage

was not a bad place to stay but need to work on getting it better

the view from the room was the car park for the building and there was a main door to get in and out the car park for the whole floor building so everyone was slamming the door the whole day even at 4am with no consideration there are other people in the building asleep. the bed room curtain was not done properly so the street light was going through the bedroom and could not sleep the whole night as the room was bright. the guy in the reception was not friendly hardly smiled.

Cafe and restaurant on Ground level of hotel was convenient with friendly staff. Secure parking was great and had good lighting. Staff on duty at reception desk at all times was super helpful. Great view and very close to the heart of the CBD and close restaurants - looking forward to the supermarket being built on ground level.

Restocking of room supplies were hit and miss. There was an occasion where sheets weren't changed and when I removed the under sheet, the covers were soiled...really offputting and then had to ask room staff to specifically change this.
