Perfect location in Denver. Excellent size, and worked well for our family of four adults. Parking was easy, even allowing for a guest spot for one of our family members who arrived separately. It was cold and snowy when we were there, so we didn't use any of the outdoor facilities, but the indoor workout area was nice, and there was also a nice rec room with shuffleboard, pool, and TVs. Excellent stay, and we would return.

Great location, loved the view every morning. Open concept living dinning and kitchen made it comfortable for 6 adults. Easy walk to Larimer Square, Union Station. Quick scooter up Larimer for a lot of dinning and bars. It won’t disappoint. Parking included………

The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-apportioned. We were a family of 6 adults so the second bedroom “bunk room” with 3 beds worked fine. Building was ideally located downtown — 4 blocks from Union Station, 3 blocks from Larimore Square. The unit came with a parking spot and the building has 24 hour security/doorman who were all very pleasant and helpful. The 24 hr gym was large and had free weights, weight machines, steppers and treadmills. Overall, highly recommend

We were visiting Denver for a soccer tournament and stayed here with another family. There were lots of pros to this property: location was excellent, master bedroom was spacious and comfortable, common area was spacious and nice for hanging out when we weren't out exploring the Denver area or at soccer games. View lovely. Kitchen well equipped. Property manager was very responsive. I'd say the couple of (minor) cons would be that the property is a bit more "dated" than the photos show, and maybe a bit more worn (stains on the carpets, some doors didn't totally close properly, toilet near the guest bedroom didn't always flush properly). The air conditioning also seemed to have a hard time keeping up and didn't stop running or quite cool down the whole time we were there. We did alert the property manager and it was addressed right away and checked around our schedule which I really appreciated. Overall, a nice property and I'd stay again based on location alone.

The place was spotless and located in a fantastic area in the middle of everything. It was also very quiet. We had one issue with the lock when we arrived and management resolved it immediately. Great place to stay!!!

Had a fantastic time basing out of this condo to see Denver and the surrounding area for the holiday weekend. Just a few blocks from the train station with easy transport to and from the airport. Walking distance to great restaurants and Coors Field. Easy access to the interstate to get out into the mountains. Great location and great unit!

Everything was so easy with this stay. We took a limo to Denver and walked everywhere. You don't need a car if you are exploring the best of Downtown Denver. Bonus: Its right by the Cheesecake Factory. Plenty of space to spread out in this penthouse like property. Gorgeous views day and night!

The apartment was very accommodating for our family. We had plenty of room and the community room was great for the kids to have more space to play the wii and us to play cards. I would recommend this apartment to any family. We where there over New Year’s Eve and where able to see the fireworks from the comfort of the apartment living room. Very simple decor, inviting and loved it.

The location is great and the views are amazing! We had a wonderful stay.
