Location was right on the beach and had a nice view. Clean, felt safe.

Had to buy beach towels, salt/pepper, toilet paper, detergent, and cleaning supplies. Older property so some things were not working properly. Elevators were being worked on and we were staying in the 6th floor so that was a problem. The outlets in the right side of bedroom worked intermittently. Had to report there was a natural gas smell in the lobby. I don’t know if they ever figured out where it was coming from.

I couldn’t turn the air down below 70. The ceiling fans barely worked. The drain in the bathtub wouldn’t drain so we stood in ankle deep water while we showered. The bed was awful, the headboard kept hitting the wall with every move. The toiletries provided for 2 people with a 4 night stay was a joke, it was one sample bottle of shampoo and conditioner.

I liked that we could see the ocean from our room and also the fireworks from Harbor Walk.

I thought I would have a view of beachfront but only had ocean front and it was a side view. Being able to see the fireworks from the comfort of our balcony made up for it.

Loved the Condo and beach chairs included with the room. The location was close to plenty of dining.

The bathroom cleanliness. Shower curtain molding at bottom hairs in the tub. I wipe the tub with my bleach wipes and there was dirt and hair. Bottom of toilet wasn't clean.

The condo was well furnished and comfortable. Was also clean with one exception.

The shower curtain in the bathroom has mold/ mildew on it. Needs to be cleaned or replaced

Nice location, on the beach, away from the main strip and all the traffic/noise.

The mattress was a medieval torture rack. All springs, no padding, and sagged horribly in the middle. The decor was very old-fashioned and outdated. Not beachy in the slightest. The condo itself was in need of many repairs- the wall beside the balcony had considerable water damage, to the point that the wallpaper and probably sheetrock paper were completely separated from the sheet rock, sketchy floor outlets, needs a paint job badly. Not as close to the actual jetty as I'd thought or hoped. Very long and difficult walk to get there if you're carrying fishing gear.

The condo was very nicely decorated and a great place to stay for the week. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer like the pool, gazebo and the wash off station.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Also the tub was stopped up and took a while to drain. And the pictures of the condo on the booking.com site were different from the condo we ended up in. The photos showed a beach front view but we had the back side city/lagoon view. It was a pretty view and we were okay with it just weird the photos didn’t match.

The location of Jetty East Condos is perfectly situated directly on the beach. Being on a quiet side road but close enough to busy city attractions was very convenient. Gated and safe! Skipping the typical front desk check-in saves so much time and headache. Also, having access to 2 beach chairs and an umbrella without an added fee was very convenient. The hosts of 404A made staying in their unit very easy. It is a very nicely updated, clean unit with the beach house style I love! They had everything we needed: extra towels, a full kitchen with every utensil and appliance you can imagine, laundry pods, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more from them.

All of our dislikes fall directly on the facility, not our host. Our reservation confirmation stated two parking spots for our unit. Upon arrival, the gatekeeper actually informed us that units labeled A infact only receive one parking pass. The elevator was extremely slow, taking upwards to 5 minutes just to come back down at times. Walls are paper thin. We had side neighbors that kept us up the first night banging around everything in the kitchen including cabinets. Luckily, our 7 year old slept through it. The second night, upstairs neighbos must have ran a marathon.

everything in the property is outdated it could be a lot cleaner and more up-to-date. The sofa bed is bent and everything sinks down in the middle the bed was wet on the bottom when we got there the mattress was damp. The bathtub didn't drain we had to call someone to come out to fix it.

it needs to be checked thoroughly before letting the guest check in because it's not very convenient when you have a bathtub that doesn't drain or the mattress is damp. the sofa that is not comfortable because it was bend and you sink down in the middle. there were no extra blankets or pillows for the sofa bed

the fact of how the security guards treated us and our friends. Their names were Jed and Joshua. I left detailed reviews concerning this on Vacasa and Google. The room was not comfortable and parking was horrible. No blankets, elevators too small and facilities out dated.

Very nice location close to everything and great beach access. the pool was wonderful and the views from the balcony were incredible for sunrises!

The elevators and some areas need renovations. The small elevators were very slow.

When we arrived, it was a 15 minutes wait for an elevator with no insulations. In our condo for 30 minutes with a knock on the door from guys installing new internet for 30 minutes. It was cans of drunken beer cans on their carts. Also, the water was shut-off for over an hour. The guy had a bad attitude. Each time we left, we had to wait a long time for the elevator. The shower was hard to figure out. Each day we came back from our outings, the condo was infused with an awful smell. I got ready to wash clothes and the washer had wet towels and sheets inside. No telling how long they had been in the washer. Upon our arrival, their was one towel and face towel in the bathroom. Let’s talk about the sofa and sofa bed. They both need replacing. The sofa bed had wires sticking up in your back. It was not worth sleeping on it. The third guest had to sleep on the sofa. The chair in the bedroom was low and old. You could fall out of it. Their was no one to refer too. We didn’t know where to take trash. Where to buy snacks. I called the number once and was disconnected by the representative.

Couldn't have the towels exchanged

This is a very dated condo. pictures are not accurate. It was also dirty. We asked for a dust pan for a broom and never received, as we would have cleaned it ourselves. Had to wash bedding as soon as the sheets were pulled down we found black hairs on them. honestly it we were extremely disappointed and I can say we could have found something much nicer for what we paid.

The ocean access was nice.

the couch itself was very comfortable. I would just suggest getting a new mattress for the pull out part!

We enjoyed are stay very much. We have a 17 and 12 yr old and the one room was big enough for are family we celebrate are 12 yr old birthday on the beach. We made great memories. And will be making plans to book again.
