الزيارة في 18 يوليو، ومكثنا خمسة ليال. *المنتجع جميل جدا لأنه نظيف وخشبي وعلى الطراز التايلاندي القديم بأبوابه ونقوشاته، وفيه خصوصية، وسط الأشجار الكثيفة، والموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون والخدمة رائعة. *حجزنا فيلا أو جناح ديلوكس مع مسبح وهو عبارة عن غرفة كبيرة فيها سرير كبير وأريكة ومكتب وكوفي وجزء للدولاب والملابس ودورة مياه+فناء خارجي ومسبح خاص، ويأتي الجناح إما دور أرضي أو دور علوي (درج). *المنتجع هادئ ومافي زحمة نزلاء، وتستغرب هذا الجمال ومافي زحمة! *الواي فاي ممتاز وفي كل مكان. *الإفطار جيد. *المسبح والإطلالة على الشاطئ رائعة. *من الأشياء الجميلة التي يشكر عليها الفندق توفير ماء الشرب يوميا مجانا، وكذلك توفير الثلج مجانا عند الطلب. *يوجد صالة رياضية. *يوجد صالة ألعاب للأطفال. *لديهم خدمة مساج. *من الأشياء الجميلة والتي تبعث الاطمئنان رؤية المساجد في المنطقة وسماع الأذان والصلاة👍🏼. *يتوفر في المنتجع وخارج المنتجع سيارات توصيل لأي مكان، والمنتجع يقوم بتوصيلك للتموينات 11-7 مجانا (تبعد بالسيارة 5 دقائق تقريبًا).

كنا قد حجزنا جناحين بمسبح خاص كل جناح 2 بالغ= 4 بالغين؛ هكذا حجزنا، ولما حضرنا ومعنا طفلين طلبوا مبلغًا زيادة على الأطفال، فدفعنا! نحن متعودون على أن الأطفال الصغار تبع والديهم.. ثم طلبوا تأمين، ودفعنا، وأعادوه كاملا عند المغادرة. *لا يتوفر في الفيلا فرن أو قز (بوتجاز)! وهو ضروري جدا؛ لبعد المنتجع عن المحلات والمطاعم، حتى القهوة السعودية والكفي المعتاد لا تستطيع عملها! فأنصح إحضار دافور وأدوات طبخ، أو قدر كهربائي. *الاستقبال ومطعم المنتجع يغلق 11 مساء، *مستوى مطعم المنتجع متوسط، والأسعار مرتفعة، ومكلف الاعتماد على المطعم بجميع الوجبات. *غير مناسب للأطفال الذين يحتاجون عربية لكثرة الدرج. *يعيب المنتجع بعده عن الخدمات. *بولت لا يعمل بالمنطقة! قراب وبوكينج تعمل، وهناك سيارات أجرة ودبابات في الخارج. ومعلومة: سعر الذهاب من الفندق لأي مكان مرتفع -بحكم قلة سيارات الأجرة-، أما سعر العودة فأقل بحكم توفر بولت وغيره. *من الأشياء غير الجيدة كثرة المجسمات. *لسعات الباعوض خاصة على الصغار, فعلى من ينوي المجيء أخذ احتياطاته (كريم أو بخاخ طارد الباعوض).

la nourriture est tres moyenne, les chambres ne sont pas pratiques pour dormir de la lumière partout, elles sont également tres bruyantes, nous y avons tres mal dormis, beaucoup de moustiques partout dans l'hotel. La musique et le dj sur la plage pour le diner gâche tout, c'est dommage car le cadre est top

Santhiya review We stayed in this resort in 2019 but at the Koh Yao Yai location and loved it. Now we were traveling with a baby so we wanted to come back but to a calmer and less busy location. The Natai location is just that. We stayed from Feb 20-27 to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday. Talking to the staff, we found out there were 87 guests staying at the resort. This means breakfast and dinner was never full and it was always easy to get a table. The pool also was almost empty. Only two or three other couples or families. The teakwood detail in this resort is stunning. It makes it a resort like no other. The staff is extremely friendly and really good with kids. Shout out to Farot who was our daughter’s favorite person at the resort!Everyone knew and greeted our daughter by name. I loved that detail. The room is exactly what we expected and more. The villas are extremely private. There is lush vegetation everywhere making it feel like you are alone. It’s wonderful. Every other night they have a time frame where they spray the resort for bugs. Trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also had a massage at the AYURVANA spa and the hospitality was excellent. A welcome drink, a selection of oils to choose for your massage, a wonderful massage and a small dessert with tea to end it all. However, literally a two minute walk from the security entrance, there is a small building that does massages for half the price. Not the same spa experience, but oil or Thai massage regardless. My husband went there everyday and would send them a whatsapp to book. There are a lot of food options for dinner. You order with a tablet and we never had any problems with the device. Western and Thai food options. Breakfast is good. The Koh Yao Yai location had a lot more options for breakfast than this location. But still what is offered here is good. Thai food and Western, they make your eggs on the spot how you would like them.

However, the pool needs a bit of maintenance you can see some rusting in the tiling and the lounge boats some pieces of wood are chipped. The MOST ANNOYING thing is there is a sign to put “do not disturb” or “make up room” and even if we put the “do not disturb sign” they call. Which meant waking up the baby from her nap to ask if we want the room cleaned. It’s super annoying so I had to unplug the phone. On Saturday at 6:00 am you could hear, from our bed, club music. Playing full blast. Some beach party nearby.

Loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely immaculate and styled to a very high standard. Our room was exceptional as was our own private pool and patio area. Beach and pool area were also stunning.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit freundlichen Personal. Die Bestellung via Handy im Restaurant ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber in Ordnung. Service und Essen im Restaurant ist gut aber mit gehobenen Preisen.

We loved the villa with pool and the facilities, the architecture is really grand. The pool and the beach is fantastic. We really enjoyed the spa! We will absolutely come back! Do not hesitate to book!

The quality of the breakfast really needs improvement. The service in the restaurant was friendly but at times extremely inefficient and inexperienced: the food came before they gave us drinks and cutlery, some dishes came after more than an hour after other dishes were served, desert came when the table was still full of dishes etc

Resort gigantesque : la chambre est immense, la piscine principale est immense et l'ensemble est sublime avec le bois. L'emplacement est top au bord d'une grande plage quasi déserte où le coucher de soleil etait incroyable. Le personnel est très sympathique et certaines sont vraiment hyper attentifs, j'ai pu réservé une excursion en amont du séjour très facilement. Proche de l'aéroport. L'expérience au Spa était très bonne mais il était vite complet mieux vaut réserver bien en amont. Le premier soir au diner nous avons une un spectacle avec du feu c'était une très bonne surprise.

Un peu comme dans tous les resort Santhiya la nourriture n'est pas extraordinaire en terme de qualité mais c'est passable, le prix est plutôt bon.

I cannot say enough about Santhiya Phuket Natai! Stunning. Quiet. Clean. Exceptional service. Everything was beyond what we could have hoped for. Absolute perfection. We sincerely hope to come back again someday!!

I've been here multiple times because the design of the entire hotel is so beautiful. Absolutely amazing architecture and comfy, lovely rooms. Along with the lovely design, the staff are very helpful and sweet. Always smiling and caring.

The problem arises with the food/dining situation. Considering the price of staying here, you would expect (hope) the food would match the price of the room, but it doesn't. The food is average at BEST and the breakfast is actually not good at all. When you combine that with the fact that you need to order with your phone on a system that is difficult to operate, it really makes an important aspect of the experience quite bothersome and unfortunate.

leider passt die Auswahl und Qualität des Restaurants absolut nicht zu dieser wundervollen Hotelanlage hier muss man sowohl bei Frühstückt wie auch beim abendlichen Restaurantbetrieb. noch massiv nachbessern.

Das Zimmer war groß und schön mit einem riesigen Bett und einem privaten Pool. Der Strand ist schön und weitläufig.Der Security-Mitarbeiter am Eingang war äußerst freundlich.

Das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Dinner) war katastrophal schlecht und einem 5* Hotel bei weitem nicht angemessen. Die Bestellung erfolgt abends via iPad, persönlich Erklärungen oder Ergänzungen waren nicht möglich.Das gelieferte Essen (alle Speisen auf einmal, inkl. Vorspeisen) kam deutlich vor den bestellten Getränken, das Seafood (insbesondere die Tiger Prawns) hatte die Konsistenz vom Gummi und der Rest war weitgehend geschmacklos,dafür aber teuer. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl zwar groß,die Qualität aber ähnlich schwach - insofern sei nur beispielhaft das bei der Live cooking Eierstation angebotene pochierte Ei erwähnt,das vorgekocht war und kalt aus einem Plastikbehälter genommen und serviert wurde. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft wurde mit ca 5€ pro Glas extra berechnet. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cette hôtel. Tout est parfait 👍 La villa est construite de façon à ce que personne ne voit chez ses voisins, la piscine superbe et c’est comme sur les photos. Le personnel est serviable, adorable, professionnel et souriant.

Unfortunately big minus is a restaurant, doesn’t fit to level of hotel , food was very average , meals in restaurant wasn’t good , that is for sure something what have to be improved . If you compare such great hotel you expect much better food in restaurants, specially that all around hotel there no restaurant or any place where you can eat .

The rooms were beautiful and huge! The beach area was quiet and very relaxed. Having read other reviews my expectations for the breakfast weren’t great but I was very pleasantly surprised. Above all, the staff were fantastic, especially the reception staff who were a huge help with a couple of requests I had. I was travelling alone for this part of my trip and felt very comfortable.

The staff! The room! The beach the whole thing was spectacular! We were checked in by Pa who looked after us for our entire stay recommending trips I wouldn’t of thought of and organised the whole thing fuss free! Breakfast was a highlight great food and massive selection, Kent and his team of breakfast staff were incredible, remembering not only names but drinks and dishes we like and also being awesome fun with our kids. We stayed in the 2 bed pool villa and the photos don’t do it justice it’s just beautiful and massive!

Excellent hotel and service is fantastic. The team were really helpful and also arranged out trips to the Phi Phi Islands as well as James Bond Island. Both trips were amazing and thanks to the staff for that. We will be very happy to come back. The Villa is amazing - huge with private pool and all the amenities you need for a quiet and private stay.

Everything was excellent, but there is one surprising weakness. The beach at the hotel had a lot of rubbish on it. We were surprised and hope that the hotel will take more care of that very nice beach.

The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms were huge, pool in the room was a good size. Comfortable, clean. Close to the beach. Good breakfast and staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The hotel is secluded and not much to do in the area and every trip requires a taxi. If you are coming only for the hotel then it should not matter.

I really liked the villa. It was very quite and private. I also liked the hot bath next to the pool as water was cold. The bed size also enormous

The staff were really friendly, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and secluded. A really relaxing and peaceful stay. Jesse at front of house and Kent in the restaurant were excellent hosts and had impressive hospitality.
