Beautiful location, cool room. The staff made it, incredibly friendly, sorted all my safari so I could straight from there to Yala in a day and i ways to Ella. Incredible place to stay

No dislikes, beach on your doorstep what's not to like!!

When I fell on the wet stairs (with no handrail) the manager and his wife helped me with first aid.

Overall I had a terrible experience at the property, due to the owner not doing regular maintenance and repairs on the property. I slipped on the wet stairs and fell badly cutting and grazing myself in 5 places, my lower back is still sore 3 weeks later. There is no handrail on the stairs. The tiles are slippery when wet. It was raining a lot on the day we arrived, the 1st floor walkway was flooded from poor drainage and broken down pipes. The walkway was covered with inches of water, which we had to walk through to get to our room door. When leaving we had to wade back through this huge puddle to exit via the stairs. No surprise that I slipped & fell. Communication with the owner since the incident has been really poor. They have said to me that I should have been more careful, which is so offensive and shows the level of care they have for their guests. Owner says no-one has fallen before which is quite a miracle, if true.

Bathrooms are perfectly fine, but compared to the rest of the property they seem old.

Because of the price, location and staff I give this place a 10. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They just renovated the garden and it looks super cozy. The rooms are basic and maybe not the coziest, but they are very spacious and good thing it has a fridge. Perfect for families with children. Location is 5 stars. Within one minute you are at the beach and close to a great number of nice restaurants. Sure there are more beautiful accommodations but this has everything you need and for a good price!

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room nor was the kitchen open (probably because we went very early on at the start of the season)

The hotel was able to accomodate a booking that we made pretty late at night and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helped a lot. They looked after us well and made sure we were all well taken care of. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the place was convenient to stay at because it was a few meters away from the beach as well.

The location was good and their was air-conditioning. There is space for parking. Lots of room inventory available at the property so it’s good for groups.

The property was very basic and extremely overpriced. The standard room was priced at 17,000LKR and has no breakfast or any meal services and no staff service and was an extremely basic room. The most overpriced property that I have been to in my life.
