Nice location, good amenities, dirty windows many without screens, toilet needing repair. With the few inconveniences we still had a memorable family vaca.

We really loved our stay this past weekend. The house had a nice layout. Even though we had 7 people, we never felt like we were on top of one another…but there was also enough room to all be together if we wanted to. Loved the baby gates provided to keep our dog where we wanted her! Our only complaints were that there were many windows without screens. We HAD to open windows during our stay because it was 92 and we needed some kind of air circulation. The lack of screens meant a house FULL of bugs…which none of us was crazy about. Also, as I was going around the house to open all the blinds, the whole set of blinds nearest the fridge FELL OUT of the door! I barely pulled the string to open the shutters and I quickly had to catch them. Clearly, they had fallen out before and were set back in (as we had to do before we left). Blinds don’t usually just fall out like that. Anyway, that had me stressed out for the duration of our stay! Oh, and one last tiny thing…there wasn’t a bar of soap or body wash available in the master bathroom so I had to go buy some. Other than those things, the house, the view, and the little park down the street we’re all really cool and we would totally come back again someday. Thank you!

This lovely house had the best-equipped kitchen we've seen. The house was very comfortable, and we loved having a pool table (though only 1 queue), air hockey and the hot tub. The beach is wonderful; however, quite a long walk to the boardwalk, then 114 steps down to the beach (yes, we counted them). A bit much for little kids and all the stuff we needed to pack down/up with us, and no other nearby access. Just a short walk away is the lovely park; also the very warm-water outdoor swim pool was a short walk.

We had a great experience and loved this property and neighborhood. They had everything provided you could ever possibly need along with so many fun games and amenities! The hot tub was great and the pool table was so fun! There was only one pool stick so could use a couple more wink wink lol. I highly recommend this stay! :)

We had a great time with our family of 8. Great location and the home had everything that we needed. Would stay again.

Everything went great during our stay at the property. Memories were made and that’s what matters most. House is accurately described. It may be worn as others have said, but if you are like us, we didn’t spend much time in the house. We would return again!
