Flawless. It was but a short walk to the beach and any number of restaurants and coffee houses. We drove to the (in)famous Boardwalk (featured prominently in "The Lost Boys") and Wharf, but the forty-minute walk is totally doable. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with enough space for the four of us.

Cozy and cute home very clean that has a great fenced front and back yard walking distance from the beach. It was our second stay and had everything we needed.

The house was nice and cozy on a quiet street. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom. The kids liked the hot tub. House is only minutes from the beach. Beds were a little firm for my taste and I have a firm mattress at home. Overall we had a good stay.

We enjoyed staying in the lovely house during our visit to Santa Cruz to attend our daughters wedding. Jason was very attentive to our needs and the home was just perfect for us.

We had a relaxing stay at beach house. Everything was very much as described. We especially enjoyed a soak in the hot tub in the evenings after long days visiting the beach and hiking the dogs. Would absolutely stay again!

Super clean, organized, equipment well maintained, private lot with lots of privacy and super cool landscaping, great communication with the owner Jason, great location, and the BBQ grill was excellent since I do a lot of grilling. Also, the hot tub was fantastic! I highly recommend this home if you are staying in Santa Cruz or nearby.

This is our 2nd stay here. We love this neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, restaurant and local neighborhood grocery store. The house is not big but, it is cozy and pleasant and has everything we needed (maybe a few extra towels would have been good). We will stay here again!

Such a charming cottage. The location is amazing. We really enjoyed the private yard and hot tub. The cottage was very comfortable and well furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. We look forward to staying again!

We loved the location of the property. It is a a short 5 min walk to Twin Lakes Beach. Also loved that the property was gated both front and backyard to keep our little dogs contained. The jacuzzi was clean and worked well, and was such a nice relaxing perk to have after long days at the boardwalk or the coast. The yard was well manicured, and the house was overall clean. Also the linen and towels were all clean. The thing that I wished was better was the couch was very much needing to be replaced...the cusions were very worn and the upholstery/cushions on all the living room and kitchen nook furnature were dusty and needing a clean. The rugs were also needing to be replaced or a deep shampoo. That being said we spent little time in the living room. Overall we would return again, and enjoyed our time there.

Cute house just a few blocks from the ocean. The outside space is excellent and was perfect for our 2 dogs. The inside is tight for 4 adults but wasn’t an issue as we spent most of our time exploring or sitting outside.

Super cute weekend house, just around the corner of the beach, with all that we needed. Best thing for sure was the hot tub and the garden with BBQ. :) The owners are super friendly. We would always come back! Thank you for having us! :)

Absolutely loved this place. Came with family and my dog. Loved the fully fenced front and back yards for my dog to run around. Loved the layout and the vintage feel. Also the hot tub was great! Will definitely go here again if I visit Santa Cruz in the future.

Great place to getaway and relax. Very cute gaeden beach home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the marina which has a coffee shop, market and eatery. The hoise feels secluded with all the trees and bushes that border the house. Both the front and backyard have great sitting areas to sit and read or nap. Would definitely come back. I highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I plus our two Lab fur babies love the Yacht Harbor beach cottage. This was our 3rd stay here in 8 years. Although the cottage is a little cramped for space for us, we always enjoy the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfy bed, and fabulous location 2 blocks to Twin Lakes Beach. The yard with the hot tub is great for us to hang out, give the dogs and us showers to wash off the sand, and just hang out. Thanks for having us again Jason!

We had a great time at this comfortable, well-located home. Nice private yard with lots of places to relax, inside and out. There's a well-stocked kitchen with a small dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer. Other reviewers had said that the only access to the bathroom was through the primary bedroom. This isn't the case. There's access through the kitchen as well.

We loved this adorable cottage. I love that a lot of its vintage charm has been kept in tact. Beautiful yard. Loved the hot tub. Easy walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again!

Cute beach house with a nice yard.

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz! The house was small, but had plenty of room for our family of 4 as well as our labradoodle. It was clean, had every kitchen pot or pan that you’d need, and a wonderful yard. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. We will be back!

This cottage is great in Santa Cruz. A couple blocks walk to the beach and close to a perfect breakfast spot. Rose smells immurse you in their incredible sent as you walk through the front gate. There was plenty of parking, one spot was even under a nice shady tree. The house itself is adorable. The backyard is a haven. Large trees and nice landscaping. We used the jacuzzi every night. The dogs had squirrels to chase around. It had all the necessities for cooking. We went out to The Crows Nest for dinner the first night and cooked at home the second. The kitchen is small and galley style but we'll appointed. We enjoyed ourselves. The bathroom has been remodeled and has soft fluffy towels. Shampoo and body wash are supplied. The beds could be replaced. My mom slept in the master and I took a twin in the other room. The next night I decided tried the other twin. Those could use an update. All in all, I would stay again. It's a really cute home in a great location.

Some friends and I who grew up in SC stayed to visit! We had a really great time! Perfect location, the hot tub was perfect on the colder nights! Plenty of supplies and great communication. Thank you for the wonderful time!

This property has very limited parking, has no central heating, and, limited bath facility not central to bedrooms other than the one with the queen bed.

The cottage and yard were so cozy and inviting. Beach was walking distance and the neighborhood was easy to navigate. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Visiting my family in Santa Cruz and brought my dog along. Perfect little place to enjoy the people I love. Outdoor seating areas are wonderful as is the totally enclosed property. Close proximity to the marina and beach. Dinner or lunch at the Crows nest or Seabright Social is a minute away! Hope to visit again soon!
