The apartment is very nice. It is equipped in everything you could imagine (kitchen with everything you need to cook and even dishwasher, bathroom with large shower and rain head, washing machine). It is clean, nicely furnished and in the perfect localisation, in the middle of every interesting place ( 10-20 minutes of walk to the beach, center of city, passenger ship port, Lidl or Spar). The owner is very informative and helpful. In general it is perfect for two people but I think a couple with 1 child would also be satisfied.
Maybe the sight of the building from the street but you shouldn't absolutely take this into any consideration because of the advantages I wrote earlier.

Beautiful, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment, close to big supermarket and bus station (pity not closer to the center but still only 15min. walk). Very friendly personel.

The check-in was contactless. The flat is modern and has all needed for a comfortable stay.It has a good location-close to the beach and the old city.
The owner was available for us to help us if needed.

The location is great, near to Kolovare beach and city center, within a walking distance. The host let us checkin earlier, the apartament was super clean and comfy.

clean, cool, well equipped (furnitures, towels, etc..), 5 min away from bus station, freshly renewed. owner really welcoming and friendly. Wi-Fi available
no shampoo and soap for shower. cable tv not working. internet tv a bit cheap, some problems to login to Amazon prime account. not serious problems of course, but could be opportunity for improvement

flat positioned in the central location with enough living space
- although positioned in a central location, it would be good to have a picture of a block of flats because it would give people an idea of what the area is like. The block was really old and looked not in the best shape. I never even imagined this flat would be inside quite a run down block of flats.
- no basic refreshments - I assumed some tea and coffee would be provided
- kitchen equipped but again lack of basics - salt, oil ?
I rented flats before and they always had some basic complimentary refreshments.

We were completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. Good washing machine and other equipment.
Since it was very hot I was looking for an air-conditioned apartment. As it turned out, the air conditioner was in the guest room and not in the bedroom, and therefore our whole family had to sleep in the living room. The Internet worked intermittently, we constantly had to reboot the router and in the end, we used our 4G. Also, the apartment is located in a noisy place by road.

Great apartment. Beyond expectations. Really pleased with my stay. Simple check in, modern and high quality interior, responsive host. The apartment has all the facilities. Literally everything!
