Kiwanda Kove is a beautiful house located on the spectacular Oregon Coast. It is immaculately kept and completely well stocked. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My 4 siblings and I enjoyed our time there immensely. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house and beautiful location! We loved that we didn’t even have to put on shoes to walk to the beach! The kitchen was really well equipped. The heated bathroom floors were a luxury we didn’t know we needed. The reading nooks was delightful and the kids had ample toys and amusement when not playing on the beach. Gorgeous views! The only real problem was that we didn’t stay long enough. Thank you!!!

Lovely spacious home with expansive, views of the beach & Haystack Rock. Plenty of room for all 10 of us in our party, with 3 1/2 baths for everyone’s use. Well equipped kitchen with island & dining area. We felt safe in this gated community with easy access to the beach across the street, as well as being within walking distance to cafes & shops. Unfortunately, our first impression was somewhat disappointing as the south garage door wouldn’t stay closed & kept bouncing up again. The cleaning in some areas of the home could be better ie: when opening the tv cabinet doors it was very dusty inside, the dining table was sticky, the master bedroom side table had bits of broken shell & a plastic clothing tag from prior guests & floor around toilet area looked dirty. Such a great view but windows needed cleaning. It is a large house & more attn. to detail is needed when cleaning, suggest more than 1 cleaner would be more efficient in getting the job done before the next guests arrive. The ice maker in the fridge had an ill fitting tray, that didn’t seem to belong to that fridge, causing the ice to spill over into bottom of the fridge & was frozen into a large lump. This required us to scoop all of the ice out & try unsuccessfully to fit the ice tray underneath where the ice is dispensed. Noted that at least 1 burner on the stove didn’t work. We loved staying at your home & treated it as if it were our own, my daughter Lysol’d all door knobs, light switches & remotes. Thank you! 😊

wish the desk was on the ocean side not the back side of the other places and the mountains . it would have been great if we could have sit out on the deck and feel the ocean wind and watched the sun go down over the ocean on the deck not through the windows , other an that it was a great loc and a great place to stay with the family

This property was perfect for our family trip to Pacific City! The house was clean, organized and comfy. Hopefully more trips in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiwanda Kove! It’s a great house and very well stocked from top to bottom. They have everything you’ll need. Be prepare for getting all you stair-steps in each day, but we loved the view from the top floor, well worth the steps!

Beautiful home and location, well stocked, we enjoyed our stay. One small issue with the gate code and once we were able to get the hosts phone number were able to resolve it quickly.

This house was fantastic for our stay at Pacific City. It had a well stocked kitchen that exceeded our expectations, very clean and the view was amazing. This house was a perfect space for our family of 5.

We stayed here to have access to the beach for my son's wedding. Family and friends enjoyed the large window view on the third floor and seeing the spouting of whales near the rock was a big bonus. Lots of room for all of us, very clean, accurate descriptions, great space for us all. The video on the website is very helpful. It was lovely to watch the sun go down around the rock each evening. It couldn't have been more perfect to celebrate my son and my new daughter-in-law!

This property was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge before returning back to work from break.

We had a wonderful time. I have never rented a house as well stocked and clean as this house. The check in process was simple. The only drawback for us was the steep stairs. We had a couple of elderly women in our group and it was a little hard for them but we made it. Overall it was a delightful house, view, ocean access, etc.

The house is set up well. The living area is on the top floor which doesn't affect us yet but would be a detriment to someone who couldn't do stairs. Would be nice if the downstairs bedroom was more of an adult room than a kids room. Having two queen or double beds in there would be more efficient. The bunks are not that great for adults and the hideabed is broken at the foot so anyone tall would be uncomfortable with it. With the hideabed opened up, there is very little room to move around. Lots of chairs, bikes, toys and things to use which is nice. The kitchen was less supplied than last year when we stayed there but we usually bring what we need because that happens when the public uses the facilities - things break or disappear. Overall it's a great place to stay

This property is a must stay. Great location, fully stocked, plenty of room for a large family. We had a blast and loved this home. We will definitely stay here again.

Well equipped kitchen (a plus having a Keurig) including basic supplies; amenities in bathrooms (heated floor nice); fantastic views of ocean, Cape Kiwanda, sunsets - better than beach front because up higher; spacious living area on third floor; ample space in bedrooms; large dining table but chairs uncomfortable and difficult to move; fireplace worked well and nice to have; short walk across street to beach. Only negative besides dining chairs was small deck in back of house with grill - would be nice to have deck in front, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again.

Staying at this vacation home in Pacific City was a wonderful experience for our family. This was a destination celebration and couldn't have been better. Not only was the location a dream - the most beautiful beach we have visited - but we were also able to fly a kite and the dunes for sledding are not far. The home was lovely and a good fit for our large family and had all the amenities needed and more (even had warm water outside the home for washing off sandy feet, etc.) Stunning views from the top floor and plenty of space for all. Chelsea, the owner, was very responsive to any questions and we had an easy check-in/check-out process. Overall, my family and I could have not found a better fit for our family celebration.

Our party of 7 adults all loved this home. It’s beautiful, well appointed and well stocked. The owners have taken care to make it very guest friendly and the location is fantastic

The great room on the 3rd level makes the space! Beautiful views of Haystack rock and huge open room with lots of light and space.

Very comfortable and well stocked - location steps from beach and easy walk to both the dunes and restaurants at other end of town. View from kitchen/living room was wonderful, couch great, was the place to be when not outside. Everything we needed to cook and more in the kitchen and great big table for family dinners and games overlooking the beautiful ocean. Host was super responsive to questions. Must be able to do stairs which were fine for us and gives you the view.

We had an excellent time during our stay! The house is fantastic, the views stunning, fantastic location that provides some seclusion from crowds on busy summer days, and communication was easy.

The property was clean, beautiful, and spacious! It is a place for people that do not mind stairs- they are worth every step, the views are incredible!!!
