This house and location was perfect for our family. The two separate living areas was great for the adults to be upstairs and the kids downstairs. Plenty of beds and space for everyone and there were lots of beach toys/accessories! Anything you'd need! Josiah, the owner, was very responsive to my communications and was extremely helpful. We appreciate all of his help in the craziness of our stay.

Very fun vacation, everything for everyone. Place was big enough for all 7 of us to be together but still have our own space. Place has everything for pool and beach fun.

This house is awesome for any group of people. We had our 5 adult kids and us. Plenty of rooms and basement space to crash on sofas. Plenty of TVs, video games, board games etc. The pool is awesome and the covered area by the pool is ideal for beating the heat and cooking out.
We fished everyday from the dock, caught some good ones. Saw manatees swim right up to the dock.
The beach and a variety of restaurants are really in easy walking distance. No need to worry about driving and parking.
Great house overall. I will go back again.

We enjoyed our stay ! Everything was wonderful. Josiah was really easy to stay in touch with and really helpful. The sitting area by the pool was a perfect shady spot for my Mom!

We spent a week at this property. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool area. The house had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and responded timely with any questions we had. Will stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had our families fly in and meet, and we all stayed together at the Twin Dolphins! It was perfect :)
The dock was our favorite spot for morning coffee and visits with the manatees. We spent the entire day out in the pool, grilled at night and had plenty of space for us all to be together when we wanted and apart when we wanted. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance or a short drive to the beach and several bars and restaurants.
We're locals and really loved having a big house for everyone to be together! We'll be back!

Our host was so helpful and informative from start to finish. The house was clean, open, and had everything you could possibly think of to accommodate every last detail of what you could need or want. This property was gorgeous! Great neighbors who informed us of local events and were so friendly. The pictures don't do this house justice, its BEAUTIFUL inside and out! My family and I were just looking for a weekend away to spend time together, this far exceeded any expectations I had. I would highly recommend this property and host. You will not be disappointed in anyway. We will be back, thank you so much for all of your hospitality!

Great house for big family vacation! Some minor issues on arrival with wet towels still in the washer and overfilled garbage bins in the garage, but otherwise a clean house. Grill grates are rusty and should be replaced but nothing foil couldn’t fix.

The location is very close to the beach and restaurants, so it's very convenient. Lots of room inside and a nice pool set up in the back. There are some things that could be improved upon. For example, there are no coffee tablles or side chairs in the upstairs living room which makes that space a lot less comfortable and usable. It also has a mildly damp feel and smell to it, which may be because it's so close to the water.

We enjoyed our stay at the Twin Dolphins. It was a perfect layout for our family. The canal in the back was so peaceful. The walk to the beach was a perfect distance. We hardly used our car because everything was close by. Excellent!

The house was easy to get to and walking distance to restaurants and the beach.
The dock out back was great for relaxing and I did a little fishing as well.

Our family had a great time ! House and facilities and pool were excellent and more than enough room for 7 adults. Very clean and as advertised. Location was great as you could walk to the beach and also walking distance to bars and restaurants in Indian Rocks beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Even though we stayed here after the hurricane and we knew things were not going to be perfect, our host kept in constant communication with us to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back!

So pleased with Twin Dolphins. Exactly as described. We live locally in an small condo, but our son and his family were visiting from out of town, so we wanted a place with more space and a pool. Very clean, even more kitchen supplies than I expected The downstairs game area was a perfect space for the kids to hang out. The beach is a short walk away, although we ended up spending most of our days poolside. Kids fished off the dock and saw manatees! I would definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay at the property. Pool was big and nice patio area to hang out and bbq. House came with towels and basics for us which was convenient. Lots of space and 2 kitchens. Clean and user friendly.

Twin Dolphins is just a described. It's located on the bay side of Indian Rocks Beach, but is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The heated pool is fantastic, and the house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people. There are plenty of beach toys and equipment to enjoy the beach, and lots of restaurants and attractions close by.

This property was a slice of paradise. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Short walk to the beach and downtown and not far from area attractions. Two thumbs up!

After being disappointed that fireplace didn’t work on the cold nights, we had a good week. Never did figure out the thermostat and ceiling fans would be a great addition to all bedrooms as it was hot and uncomfortable sleeping. Pool was great. Having boat docked was perfect. One of the kayaks didn’t have a fin so made it hard to steer. Would recommend more forks and a new blender as it is cracked. Missing on arrival were dish towels but they dropped them off for us. But no dish liquid so used up our own. Overpriced for the holiday week.

Everything about the house was perfect! Very close to so many amenities, including walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house was fully stocked, which was an added bonus. We enjoyed the pool daily and family games and fishing in the evenings. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful.
Communication throughout the entire process from booking to check-out was professional and extremely timely. We are already talking about going back. Highly recommend.

This is a great property in a wonderful location! It’s only 3-4 blocks from the beach and local restaurants. We loved having our own pool and enjoyed sitting out on the dock . We were a little surprised by the several page contract we received the day before check in which explained fines we could receive, and the pool rules included us cleaning the filters. I always had in the back of my head a nervousness that we might be blamed for something or do something wrong and get fined $100-$350. The kitchen has everything you need. The only downfall is every time we used the oven or toaster the fire alarm would go off even when nothing was burning or smoking. Overall we had a great vacation and you can’t beat the location and amenities of this property! The host was great with communication and replied quickly.

Our party of 6 had a great time in Indian Rocks. So many great restaurants are walkable including an amazing breakfast spot down the street, Pipo and Betty's. The pool was great and the house had plenty of room for each couple along with great common areas. Josiah was very helpful and in touch whenever we had a question.

We could t ask for a better beach vacation house with 2 living areas, both with refrigerators, 3 TVs including one for gaming, pool, canal, kayaks, grill, dining tables inside and out.

A close walk to the beach, and great local food spots. All the stuff the kids needed was on site. Anna was great to communicate with and the property was perfect for a great week of vacation.

We had a fabulous stay at Twin Dolphins and would highly recommend! The accommodations were excellent! Clean, well stocked, short and easy walk to the beach. The pool was amazing and everyone loved fishing off the dock . We loved Indian Rocks Beach and this property was perfect for our family of 5.

Amazing Property!
We are a multi-generational family that visited Twin Dolphins for the 4th. Two married couples, our 19 yr old daughter, two teen boys, and a toddler (age 3). The property was big enough that we were all comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from the kitchen to the pool supplies. We made amazing memories in this home and truly loved our first visit to the area.

Great beach house
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Twin Dolphins. The house was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Has a great pool with comfortable outdoor furniture to lounge on.
A short walk to the beach as well as to restaurants, ice cream and a couple shops. Our host Anna was awesome! I definitely plan to come back!
