The ad states that it is a place for 4 persons although the place had only 1 bedroom. The couch in the livingroom is not a sleeping couch so do make clear that you need an extra aerobed when staying with four people. The host is very friendly and helpfull.

Great little apt
Excellent location to walk to beach and restaurants. Easy bus trips to other parts of town. Many great food choices a 10-15 minute walk away. Dan was a great host. Very personable.

Walking distance to Bondi Beach and all kind of restaurant . No A/C , Only one fan in the living room, no screen on windows, we open the window it was very hot in the place but had to close them got bug bites.

This property is located in a good position near Bondi Beach and is well served by public transports. The apartment is complete with everything except a dryer, essential in case of rainy days. The owner is always available for every request.

Dan was a good host, made me very welcome. Lovely little Bondi pad with lots of extra touches to make your stay easy.

Fabulous spacious one bedder close to the beach
Having only booked on the day, a Sunday, the host Daniel still went out of his way to prepare and to greet me at the property. The flat is spacious, modern, super clean and with a newly renovated lovely bathroom. The bed is super comfy and the surrounding are is very tranquil affording you a great nights rest. I would definitely stay again!
