Came in to fish the Lake. Great accommodations and friendly owners! Will book again!

Property was comfortable and gave us plenty of space compared to other properties we have stayed at during previous fishing trips to the area.

Great place for a fishing trip. Plenty of room to park your boat and close to the boat ramp. Accommodation's were great.

Awesome get a way very close to the boat ramp and was way bigger and more cozy than the pics online looked. Had a great weekend and will definitely stay again

We enjoy staying at this property every year while we go Alligator hunting. Teaching our children to live off the land. Great place to stay!

The local club I fish in had a 2 day tourney out of Harney Pond canal. It is 1.4 miles to the ramp, stores r close by for supplies. The lot at the home has convenient ample parking for truck/ boat. The inside of the home is clean & spacious for its size. 2 full baths, ample sleeping area for 4 full grown men to eat & sleep in comfort. The property owner is very helpful & has a nice home.

Sam's property was a good location for someone with a boat to stay. It provided plenty of room to park and a carport to park the boat under. Sam was responsive when I had noticed the microwave didn't work and replaced it. The listing advertised satellite or cable tv, but only gets off-air antenna channels. There is no wifi, but it was not listed under amenities anyway. Upon arrival, having to turn the water on below the ground after taking awhile to find the meter to the property was a bit of a pain with dirt covering the underground pipe, but I didn't have to do that upon leaving since I left before dawn my last day there. The stove was very dated with most of the knobs including the oven worn to the point of being illegible. The pots and pans were also very dated and I did not cook anything while there. It was very clean though and for just a place to sleep and shower after fishing it met my needs.
