Beautiful property in a great location. Extremely well stocked with equipment and toiletries. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

Beautiful amenity-filled house. Quiet location with beautiful view of lake from porch. Perfect for morning coffee and planning your day and kayaks and pedal boat available to explore the lake. Many historic sites to visit nearby. Host was always available by phone to answer questions and to provide recommendations for shopping and dining. 6 seniors had a delightful annual get-away. Highly recommended. Thank you Hua for providing us with a lovely vacation.

Stayed for a golf trip to the Northeast. Played in CT, RI and MA. House was great with everything we needed and convenient to plenty of golf courses and Plymouth. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

It's ideal in that it is on a beautiful pond and a short walk to the ocean beach. The owner was open to suggestions for improving the kayaks which needed some work. This was our third summer renting this property for 1 week each year.

Our stay was amazing. I traveled with my husband, parents, sister and brother in law with their two young girls. Beach was within walking distance. My husband drove us down with all our beach stuff and he walked back (only about half mile and very easy and safe walk). We didn’t explore any other beaches. The local one was very private and quiet (the review before mine seems to be mistaken on the private part. Check with Hua— we had zero trouble). No parking but open to local homes like Hua’s. The beach, however does have a very steep ramp but we had strong men in the group to lug our stuff back up. I recommend bringing a beach wheelie to make it easier. House very well stocked. Hua was very responsive as well. View of the lake made coming home from the beach or morning coffees feel more like I was even more on vacation even though we were back at home base. Paddle boat was very fun. Sunsets were also beautiful. We ordered seafood in the first night from rock bottom seafood (lobster roll was insane), cooked / grilled in two other nights and went to downtown Plymouth one night. There’s a Shaw’s ten minutes down the road. I felt the grocery store was a bit overpriced but that’s probably due to tourism. The location is pretty close to everything you may need. Best beach house so far and this is our 5th annual vacation. We did choose a bigger house this time and it helped everyone have their own space to do what they want in their down time. We will return!

All living on 2nd floor, but easy acces with no steps thru the back of house. Large well kept house with easy access to shopping and local restaurants.

Was a great place to stay. Would stay again if we travel to Cape Cod area. The only issue we had was the A/C was complicated to adjust temperature and the listing said that the property was 1/2 mile to the beach, which is correct but it is a private beach and you are unable to use it. It seems this area does not have many public beach areas.

This property was perfect for what my family needed. Comfy beds and plenty of space.

We had a great time during our stay! The house was clean and even more spacious that we anticipated. We had fun kayaking and fishing in the pond. We visited the sites in Plymouth and also went to Cape Cod a couple of days. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We came in for graduation. It was my wife and I with our 3 kids along with our parents. The place was setup in a way that we all had space to be alone or space to be together. The place was sufficiently stocked with utensils, towels, sheets, etc.

This is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in anywhere. Idyllic setting, sparkling clean, well equipped, hospitable owner. We LOVED IT.

The house is beautifull with everything you need. The aera is quiet and the view on the Lake is wonderfull. We had a perfect vacation there and we recommand.

Lovely house - well equipped and very clean in a beautiful setting, right on a picturesque pond. Perfect for our cozy winter getaway with our family. I'm sure it's stunning in the the warm weather. Definitely recommend this house!

The house is lovely, and it was perfect for us. There was more than enough space for the 4 of us, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is open and airy, with great views from all of the windows. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to head down to the Cape or into the city. We'd definitely recommend, and we'd love to stay again!

The process was easy and the property owner was ver accessible. If we had any questions, they were answered in a very timely manner.

This house is the cleanest one you will ever see, immaculate. Nice quiet private road on a small lake. Very well set up and very comfortable beds. The owner was very nice and I would highly recommend this house to stay in if you’re visiting SE Massachusetts. We came for a family wedding and stayed here due to the central location for everything we wanted to see and do. It’s a short drive to the beaches in Manomet or Plymouth as well as Cape Cod. Hopefully our next visit will include staying here again.

We travelled to the United States for my daughters wedding from Australia. as she lives in America . The accommodation was exceptional , and had everything we needed , and so convenient to.. We would love to come & stay in the not too distant future. Cheers Susie

We all were exceptionally happy with 927 State St. It was a lovely place to spend a week with friends from afar. The owner was very nice and traveled 2 hrs. to fix our loss of electricity and our non-ability to get TV and ipads to function. ...It would have been nice to have a machine, like a CD player, to listen to mucic.

We stayed here for four nights. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the lake and use of the kayaks. There were toys for the kids to play with (we weren’t expecting them) which made the kids happy. It was better than the pictures on the website! We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

The Cedar Bushes house was perfect for our family group of 3 families. Each family was able to have their own bedroom/bathroom area and the common living/dining areas were large enough for all to enjoy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed except some paper plates and one kayak paddle (There were only 3 paddles for 2 tandem kayaks.) The small children in our group enjoyed the toys and games provided in the downstairs living area. We also appreciated the beach equipment left in the garage for a trip to the beach. The house is located back a long driveway off of State Road, so traffic noise wasn't an issue. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking on the pond and watching for the pair of swans that would fly in each morning. The upstairs front porch and downstairs patio area with gas grill and gas fire pit was very nice as well, surrounded with lovely hydrangeas. Hua was very responsive to any questions and provided all necessary information ahead of time. We would return to this house in the future!

Everything was as described. Only note is that crossing 3A to get to the beach was treacherous!

We love this house and location for our annual summer family vacation. I had the opportunity to meet Hua due to the failure of the oven. He is very cordial and accommodating. He arranged for us to use the oven at a nearby friend's home when we needed it. I enjoyed diagnosing the oven problem with him. Since then he told me that he ordered the necessary replacement part and the oven is working again. We look forward to renting again next summer.

Great floorplan for our 5 adults and two children. Lots of space and well stocked. Beautiful setting. We had a wonderful time.

This place was beautiful, well appointed, the lake was lovely, and the host made it extremely easy to check in and was very communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a horse show at Fieldstone in Halifax and this was a perfect house for our group of adults and kids. The dock and kayaks were a perfect end to long, hot days at the horse show.

Great space with plenty of room for everyone. And the dock and pond are a wonderful retreat.

The house is clean comfortable. It sits on a hill overlooking the water! It’s quiet and relaxing! I had a problem with the bbq. The owner was quick to answer my call, but did not fix the problem. So instead of enjoying the house more we had to go out to eat. The area is beautiful and the town of Plymouth offers something for everyone. We had a really nice vacation.
