great location, bus stop right outside the door, clean, awesome breakfast, very helpful staff.

It's 3 bus stops away from Ingolstadt main train station so it's convenient because there's a number of buses passing by and the stop is just right outside the hotel. They have welcome cake and coffee - it's such a warm gesture especially for guests from a long trip. The family room was HUGE - did not expect it to be that huge - each room, the common area and the bathroom - all very spacious! They even provided a crib ready for guests with a baby. The room was so clean, cozy and has all the right amenities for a short or long stay - both rooms have TV and the bathroom was just amazingly huge! Breakfast is great and they have a great deal of options for different preferences - and the old lady who welcomed us was very nice. We had some trouble with our stuff and she knew we're coming from a long trip so she kindly offered for us to check-in early as the room has just been cleaned - so we really appreciated that!

DID NOT AFFECT OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE, obviously it was a very pleasant stay - but the elevator was tiny and there were no restaurants around on walking distance and their restaurant is permanently closed so we had to order in

I stayed for 1 month. TV comfortably placed opposite to bed. Mini fridge was placed outside the room. But Since I was staying for long term, the staff allowed me to have one inside my room. Spacious bathroom. Bathroom had a separate bathtub 🛁 and a shower 🚿. Toilet was in another small room but still it was inside my hotel room. Cleaning service available everyday. But I didn't want it that often. Hotel is right next to bus stop. Very convenient for transportation.

It's a hotel. Not good for long term. But I think a microwave in the room would be good to have.

The atmosphere is very friendly!

Very good value for money. Hotel is located in the city but not far from autobahn. Clean, good room, late check in. Big TV with a lot of channels. There is a bar and a couple of restaurants on the same street.

There are several strange and bothering things (at least to me): - welcome message contains reminder that all covid restrictions are cancelled ( they were cancelled in spring, we travelled in autumn) - breakfast was really poor and like in covid times - 2 pieces of cheese wrapped in plastic, tomato's, cucumbers wrapped in plastic. Lady ( I suppose owner) serving breakfast in masque. Covid feeling did not go away during breakfast. It looked big but only due to the fact that everything is wrapped by 2 pieces. There was almost nothing to eat if you want to eat healthy, not only the bread and chemical sausage. It was not 9 EUR worth. - the central door from the street is always locked, you can get in with code or ring the bell. Back door from yard is open. Very strange. - each room has individual lock with number buttons that does not work well (very old system). Each time we got in the room by 3rd or 4th try.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was big and comfortable, with 2 free bottles of water. Shower was good, bathroom was clean. The free cake and coffee/tea at the reception was definitely a plus. I'd totally recommend this hotel.

There could have been more options for dietary preferences. E.g. there wasn't anything available for those with a vegan diet.

The room was very big and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English for me. And the breakfast was excellent value for money.

The location is on a busy road, so it can be quiet noisy.

Six digit code to access the room and front door instead of a card. The lift broke down fortunately the staff helped us carry our suitcases.
